ARTICLE SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for all its employees in the nursing homes in the Province of Ontario, save and except registered nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, supervisors, foremen, persons above the rank of supervisor or xxxxxxx, office staff persons regularly employed for not more than twenty-two and one-half hours per week, and students employed during the school vacation period. The Employer undertakes that it will not enter into any other agreement or contract with those employees for whom the Union has bargaining rights either individually or collectively which will conflict with any of the provisions of this Agreement. Where the feminine pronoun is used in this Agreement, it shall mean and include the masculine pronoun where the context so applies. Where the singular is used, it may also be deemed to mean the plural, within the appropriate context. Any reference to doctor will include, where appropriate, nurse practitioner. The Union and Employer agree to abide by the Human Rights Code.

ARTICLE SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. The Company recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all its employees at its retail store in save and except department supervisors, persons above the rank of department supervisor, security staff, management trainees, office and clerical staff, students employed on a co-operative program with a school, college or university. Persons not in the bargaining unit may perform any work assigned to them by management whether performed by bargaining unit members or otherwise. ARTICLE
ARTICLE SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. The employer being the Upper Grand District School Board (hereinafter referred to as "the Board) recognizes the Elementary Teachers' Federation (hereinafterreferred to as "the Union") as the bargaining agent for all Occasional Teachers employed by the Board in its elementary panel in accordance with the EducationAct of Ontario. The Board recognizes the Negotiating Committee of the Local as the official body to represent the Occasional Teachers in the elementary panel in the conduct of negotiations. The Union will inform the Board from time to time of who is authorized to on behalf of the Union and will update this each time it changes. The Elementary Teachers' Federationof Ontario and the Local recognizes the Negotiating Committee of the Board as the official body to represent the Board in the conduct of negotiations. The Board recognizes the right of the Federation or the Local to be represented by their staff officers or any other duly authorized advisor, agent, counsel, solicitor, or representative. These may serve to assist, advise, or represent the Federationor the Local in all matters pertainingto the negotiationand administrationof this Collective Agreement. The Federationand the Local recognizes the right of the Board to be represented by the Ontario Public School Boards' Association, or an affiliate Association, or any duly authorized advisor, agent, counsel, solicitor, or representative. These may serve to assist, advise, or represent the Board in all matters pertaining to the negotiationand administration of this Collective Agreement. A Labour Management Co-operative committee shall be establishedwith no more than two (2) representatives of each of the Union and of management to discuss matters of concern. The committee will meet at the request of either party at a time mutually agreed upon and no less than (three) times per year. The Board agrees that it will deal solely with the duly authorized agents of the Local in all matters pertaining to the administrationand interpretationof this Agreement. In order that this may be carried out, the Local will supply the Board with the names of its officials and committee members. Similarly, the Board will, if requested, supply the Local with a list of its supervisory personnel.

ARTICLE SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agency for all journeymen and apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry in the employ of the Employer on work within the boundaries of the Province of Manitoba with respect to wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment on any and all work described in Article of this Agreement. The Union agrees, on the construction and service work, to work only for and supply men to Employers who agree to comply with the working rules and wage scales as set out in this Agreement, and are signatory thereto, or are of the National Agreement. The Employer agrees not to sublet or contract out any work covered by the United Association’s trade jurisdiction unless the Contractor to whom the work is sublet is under Agreement with Local the United Association, or one of its Local Unions. The Employer, when subletting or contracting out any work not covered by the United Association’s trade jurisdiction will endeavour to assign the above work to firms whose employees are in Unions affiliated with the
