Assessment/Evaluation. Faculty working toward tenure may be expected to complete a full evaluation cycle at least once a year during their probationary period. Nothing in this section shall be construed as preventing comments by Administration, whether oral or written, to the Faculty at times other than the minimum formal evaluation procedure outlined herein. Forms used to facilitate this process are found in Appendix A.
Assessment/Evaluation. The assessment is a clinical analysis of the history and current status of the client’s mental, emotional or behavioral functioning, appraisal of the client’s community functioning in several areas including living situation, daily activities, social support systems, health status and diagnosis. Included in the assessment shall be any relevant physical health condition, presenting problems, mental status exam, special risk factors, medication history, allergies and history of adverse reactions to medications, mental health treatment history, pre-natal and perinatal events, developmental history, a ICD-10 diagnosis, and client strengths. The CONTRACTOR may use its own assessment form or the COUNTY Biopsychosocial Assessment form, CARE 015.
Assessment/Evaluation. Each child who is suspected of having a disability and needing special education that is referred for assessment shall have the benefits of a disciplinary assessment process, and no single procedure shall be used as sole criterion for assessment. If the CCD-STeDe Scientific and Pedagogical Committee finds the Student's actual capacity, skills and/or levels of competence in some crucial areas (linguistic, academic, psychological, etc.) not adequate to allow him/her to continue the joint programme with serious chances of graduation it will discuss and agree ad hoc measures to be taken. In case the student is also a scholarship holder, payments shall be at least suspended waiting for a final decision. The student commits himself/herself to participate in evaluation/surveys conducted by the two degree-awarding institutions of the programme or by the European Union/EACEA.

Assessment/Evaluation. We will liaise with the DKIT academic supervisor together with the student during the course of the placement to discuss the progress of the student, and discuss areas for improvement.
Assessment/Evaluation. Support and Counselling
1.1. To provide group-based and individual/family bio-psycho-social services, observation, intervention and referral services to families from refugee-like backgrounds with 0-6 year old children not yet at school, in the stated areas.
1.2. Participate in case conferencing as appropriate.
1.3. Undertake training, and develop competency, in the use of approved pre and post evaluation tools for groups or other relevant assessment tools as required.
1.4. Conduct agreed group evaluations and make the results available for collation by STARTTS for evaluation and research purposes.
1.5. Support refugee families and help them develop a better understanding of the issues which may affect them and their children, and the services that are available to them.
1.6. Assist in relevant Early Childhood Research projects, including group work and provide any necessary support or debriefing as required after the sessions.
1.7. Assist in the development of culturally appropriate strategies to engage children 0-6 years old with their caregivers in group work.
1.8. Provide short to medium term referral, support for children for children 0-6 years old with their caregivers.
1.9. Introduce and conduct Early Childhood group programmes as needed within the CfC funded project.
1.10. Prepare for, attend, conduct and provide support for relevant workshop sessions for 0-6 year olds not yet a school, with their parents, such as Growing Playing Learning Together, AbeCeDarian, Catch-Up, Sing And Grow, Circle of Security sessions or other programmes approved by STARTTS.
1.11. Assist with preparation for, and running of, Playgroup sessions as needed, with target refugee communities within the funded project.
1.12. Prepare presentations on particular cases for discussion at weekly clinical meetings on a roster basis.
1.13. Proactively participate in other STARTTS Early Childhood projects as needed.
Assessment/Evaluation. 2.5.1. The Law Firm must provide a preliminary outline of the principal issues identified and an early evaluation of the merits of the claim and, when requested, policy coverage to include:
2.5.1.1. applicable law;
2.5.1.2. applicable conventions and/or treaties;
2.5.1.3. jurisdiction issues;
2.5.1.4. forum issues;
2.5.1.5. plaintiff, claimant or insured representation;
2.5.1.6. case value, settlement opportunities and/or potential for dispositive or interlocutory motions (e.g., motions to dismiss or for summary judgment) if applicable;
2.5.1.7. recommendations for procedural or substantive actions and/or a request for further instructions;
2.5.1.8. if specifically requested, a reserve recommendation for both defense (fees) through case conclusion and indemnity (if appropriate);
2.5.1.9. the merits and likelihood of resolution through ADR; and
2.5.1.10. whether punitive damages are claimed or the matter involves allegations of “bad faith.”
2.5.1.11. whether there is exposure excess of the policy limits.
Assessment/Evaluation. The facility shall regularly assess and evaluate your status to identify any changes in your situation. If your situation changes, the facility shall help you respond to your needs for direct care services and shall make referral for appropriate services. The facility shall also make referrals for your transfer or discharge if required.
