Attendance Incentives. Effective at the start of the 2016-17 school year, and based thereafter on a school year, attendance incentives shall be as follows: • 100% attendance --- $200.00 • All but 1 day --- $150.00 • All but 2 days --- $100.00 • Attendance incentives shall be payable (in a separate check) with the final check of the contracted school year. Approved leaves count as days of attendance. Checks shall be in the full amount as indicated.

Attendance Incentives. Incentives for unused sick leave are funds to be used in a teacher’s classroom to the benefit of the students/classroom. Purchases must be pre-approved by a building administrator.
Attendance Incentives. An employee who has completed at least three years of service with the School District and who is absent from work for any reason (other than vacation usage or bereavement leave) for no more than two (2) work days during a fiscal year (July 1 through June 30) shall, on or about July 31 of the following year, have an amount of $300 contributed into the employee’s Post-Retirement Health Care Savings Plan. After an employee has accumulated ninety (90) days of sick leave, he/she may turn in five (5) days of sick leave beyond the 90 days of accumulated sick leave, for one (1) day of vacation to a maximum of five (5) vacation days. Said vacation to be taken during the vacation period following the accumulation of excess days. There shall be no vacation allowance for less than five (5) day segments of accumulated sick leave. Further excess sick leave shall not be traded for additional vacation in the amount that would result in more than five (5) additional vacation days in any given year.
