Behavioral Supports. 9.5.1 The purpose of the District-level program of behavioral supports and strategies is to xxxxxx a sense of agency, self-efficacy, belonging and a safe and supportive environment for students and professional educators. Behavioral Supports. Contractor shall provide 2 FTE Behavior Support Coordinator positions for Behavior Support Plan development, implementation, training, oversight and support. Contractor’s Behavior Support Coordinators shall: a. Complete a person-centered evaluation, which is started at screening and completed 10 business days after admission; b. Complete a Behavior Support Plan for each Individual within 15 days of admission. The Behavior Support Plan must: (a) Address at a minimum the behaviors noted as referenced in the definition for Target Group; (b) Identify, as needed, a crisis stabilization and emergency plan to prevent or minimize injuries, property damage, placement failure and emergency hospitalizations; (c) Identify Individual-specific intervention and strategies that caregivers can implement and are incorporated into the activity plans; and (d) Be reviewed each month by Contractor’s Behavior Support Coordinator, and modified as needed based on feedback from the direct caregivers, SPT and the Individual’s responses. c. Contractor’s Behavior Support Coordinators are responsible for overseeing Behavior Support Plans and must: (a) Be a member of the Service Planning Team; (b) Assist in the screening of all admissions to the facility; (c) Provide Individual-specific coaching and group teaching for Contractor’s direct care staff to ensure that direct care staff can implement the strategies defined in each Individuals Behavior Support Plan; and (d) Assist in coordination with mental health, alcohol and drug treatment services, if an Individual receives these services.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • FINANCIAL SUPPORT 3.1 The individual support from Erasmus+ EU funds for the mobility period is EUR […], corresponding to EUR […] per month and EUR […] per extra days. The final amount of Erasmus+ EU funds for the mobility period shall be determined by multiplying the number of months of the mobility covered by Erasmus+ EU funds specified in article 2.4 with the rate applicable per month for the receiving country concerned. If the participant terminates the agreement before it ends, he/she shall have to refund the amount of the grant already paid, except if agreed differently with the institution. However, when the participant has been prevented from completing his/her mobility activities as described in Annex I due to force majeure, he/she shall be entitled to receive at least the amount of the grant corresponding to the actual duration of the mobility period. Any remaining funds shall have to be refunded, except if agreed differently with the institution. Such cases shall be reported by the institution and accepted by the National Agency.

  • Child Support (Applicable if the Party is a natural person, not a corporation or partnership.) Party states that, as of the date the Agreement is signed, he/she: a. is not under any obligation to pay child support; or b. is under such an obligation and is in good standing with respect to that obligation; or c. has agreed to a payment plan with the Vermont Office of Child Support Services and is in full compliance with that plan. Party makes this statement with regard to support owed to any and all children residing in Vermont. In addition, if the Party is a resident of Vermont, Party makes this statement with regard to support owed to any and all children residing in any other state or territory of the United States.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • Wellness i. To support the statewide goal for a healthy and productive workforce, employees are encouraged to participate in a Well-Being Assessment survey. Employees will be granted work time and may use a state computer to complete the survey. ii. The Coalition of Unions agrees to partner with the Employer to educate their members on the wellness program and encourage participation. Eligible, enrolled subscribers who register for the Smart Health Program and complete the Well-Being Assessment will be eligible to receive a twenty-five dollar ($25) gift certificate. In addition, eligible, enrolled subscribers shall have the option to earn an annual one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) or more wellness incentive in the form of reduction in deductible or deposit into the Health Savings Account upon successful completion of required Smart Health Program activities. During the term of this Agreement, the Steering Committee created by Executive Order 13-06 shall make recommendations to the PEBB regarding changes to the wellness incentive or the elements of the Smart Health Program.

  • Operational Support Systems <<customer_name>> shall pay charges for Operational Support Systems (OSS) as set forth in this Agreement in Attachment 1 and/or in Attachments 2, 3 and 5, as applicable.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Orientation The Employer shall provide planned and paid Orientation Programs of such content and duration as it deems appropriate taking into consideration the needs of the Employer and the Nurses involved. Such Nurses will not be considered part of core staffing during their Orientation Program nor will they be provided with primary assignments.
