CALL-OUT MINIMUM. If an employee is called out by management to work after 8:00 a.m. on a normal work day (Monday to Friday) or on a Saturday, Sunday or contract holiday, they shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours' pay. If they work more than two (2) hours, they will receive four (4) hours pay. If they work more than four (4) hours, they shall receive eight (8) hours pay. Overtime hours are to be paid as time and one half (1-1.5x) the double time (2x). When Masonry Tenders or members of Local 1115 are requested by management through the Union office on normal work days, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, regardless of the time the manpower order was placed, they shall receive eight (8) hours at the Masonry Tenders hourly rate.

CALL-OUT MINIMUM. (A) Effective July 1, 2009, when an officer is called back to work with less than seventy-two (72) hours notice during scheduled time off, the officer will receive overtime compensation in one-half (½) hour increments for those hours the officer is required to work outside his normal work schedule. For any call back, unless seventy-two (72) hours notice is given, the officer shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours overtime compensation unless the four (4) hours is part of the officer’s normal work schedule. In that case, the officer would receive the portion of the four (4) hours that is outside his normal work schedule. (B) For the purposes of determining the number of hours worked as a result of a call out, the clock will begin to run as of the time the officer goes en route from his home to the place the officer has been called to work. (C) This provision does not apply to an officer who is called in or called back to appear in any court. In such case Article V, paragraph 5.3 controls. (D) This provision does not apply in instances where an officer is called back to work due to the officer’s neglect to complete an assignment (i.e. failed to sign a report, failed to turn in a report, failed to turn in equipment, etc.).
CALL-OUT MINIMUM. Bargaining Unit employees shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours' pay for any time worked during the first hour when called-out for emergencies, and time and one-half (1/2) for each hour worked thereafter. For example, should an employee be called-out to work two (2) hours of emergency duty he or she would be compensated with three and one- half (3 1/2) hours' pay at the regular hourly base rate of pay; two (2) hours' pay for the first hour worked and one and one-half (1.5) hours pay for the second hour worked.
CALL-OUT MINIMUM. It is recognized that due to the nature of our business and the necessity of providing continuous service, employees may be called upon to work call-out and overtime hours. Call-outs after hours are a normal part of the business and employees are generally expected to be available and accept call-outs. In order to meet this obligation employees must provide the Company with a can be reached number or utilize the Company-provided phone after hours. If employees are unable to return phone messages in a reasonable amount of time or do not answer, that will be considered unavailability for a call-out. All call-out time for employees outside of the employee's regular scheduled working hours and not contiguous with scheduled time worked shall be paid the applicable rate of pay in accordance with the following: Call-out pay shall be at the rate of 1 ½ times the base rate of pay. Employees called out will receive a minimum of two hours call-out pay for any call-out which requires an employee to physically report to a company directed work location. It is understood and agreed that any subsequent recall within the same time period for which the employee will be paid Call-Out Minimum shall not be treated as a second or third call-out. All time actually worked in excess of the first two (2) hours of the call-out rate shall be paid at 1 ½ times the base rate of pay. If a supervisor or his authorized designee calls an employee during the employee’s off duty hours to discuss a work problem, the employee shall be paid a minimum of one-half (1/2) hour at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½ ) times the basic rate of pay.
CALL-OUT MINIMUM. Members who report to work within two (2) hours of the start of their shift, or are held over at the end of their shift, will receive compensation at time and one- half of their hourly rate for all time in excess of eight and one-quarter hours. A bargaining member who reports to work beyond the two (2) hours before the start of a shift shall be paid a minimum of 2.66 hours at time and one-half at the hourly rate of pay. A member called out beyond the two (2) hours of the start of his shift will be excused after completing the task he was called out for, and may request that the time be credited in his accumulated time bank.

  • Call Out Any employee who is eligible for overtime who is called out for work outside of and not continuous with his/her regular hours will be paid a minimum of four (4) hours of the employee's regular rate of pay or hours actually worked at the appropriate rate, whichever is greater. Any additional call outs occurring within the same four (4) hour period shall be compensated for actual time worked at the appropriate rate. This section shall not apply to an employee who is called in four (4) hours or less prior to the start of his/her workday or shift and who continues to work that day or shift or to an employee held over at the end of their regular workday. Notwithstanding this provision, employees in agencies which have been compensated for call out on a higher basis as of January 1, 1997 shall continue to be compensated on the higher basis.

  • Minimum Call-Back Time All employees who are called out and required to work in an emergency outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates and shall be paid from the time they leave home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceeding directly from work.
