Clinical Supervision. While on probation, Respondent shall submit to clinical supervision for 24 months 3 by a masters or higher level behavioral health professional licensed by the Arizona Board of 4 Behavioral Health Examiners at the independent level. Within 30 days of the date of this 5 Consent Agreement, Respondent shall submit the name of a clinical supervisor for pre-approval 6 by the Board Chair or designee. Also within 30 days of the date of this Consent Agreement, the 7 clinical supervisor shall submit a letter disclosing their prior relationship to Respondent. In that 9 have reviewed the Consent Agreement and include the results of an initial assessment and a 10 supervision plan regarding the proposed supervision of Respondent. The letter from the 11 supervisor shall be submitted to the Board.
Clinical Supervision. The quality of clinical performance of employees covered by this Agreement shall be monitored and adjudged by individuals belonging to the same professional discipline who are of a higher classification or who are functioning at a higher level of authority. In facilities where there are no individuals of a higher classification or functioning at a higher level of authority in a specified discipline, the director of the facility shall seek evaluative input from members of that discipline. This provision shall not be subject to the grievance and arbitration provisions of this Agreement. The Association reserves the right to take whatever lawful action it deems appropriate under the circumstances.
Clinical Supervision a) Student & Family Counsellors will be required to accept supervision as provided and approved by the employer.
b) Counsellors at Level 2 providing supervision to other Student & Family Counsellors will be paid at the Level 3 Grade 1 Student & Family Counsellor pay rate for the time spent providing the supervision.
c) A Counsellor providing supervision may also apply for classification as a Level 3 Grade 1 School Counsellor (that is in relation to all hours worked including where supervision in not provided). To be eligible the counsellor must: Have successfully operated at the Level 2 Grade 5 over a 12 month period and completed a performance appraisal for that role. Have completed an approved supervision course and meet all their CPD requirements Be a member of their professional body (AASW / APS) – new staff will be expected to be members at the time of their employment and current staff will have a 2 year transition period. Be willing to provide supervision across the agency outside of their current contract hours as a Student & Family Counsellor Be willing to provide a minimum of 2 supervision sessions per week to the wider organisation. This supervision will occur Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm. Payment will be made for a 60 minute supervision session inclusive of administration. Staff will also be paid for mileage costs for travel as well as travel time.
Clinical Supervision. All nurses at Gannawarra will be provided with the financial assistance and paid time from the Council to meet with the relevant health professional for critical incident debriefing sessions.
Clinical Supervision. Contractor will establish a system for providing appropriate clinical supervision to ICMS PSH staff. Clinical supervision will be provided by licensed individuals and must not be an administrative supervisor. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
14.11.1 Clinical oversight of the case management services provided, staff interactions with ICMS PSH clients, program and client services documentation, etc.;
14.11.2 Chart review and case conferences with contracted staff regarding ICMS PSH clients;
14.11.3 Regular clinical supervision sessions with ICMS PSH staff; and
14.11.4 Provision of guidance on an on-call basis during any emergency situations encountered by ICMS PSH case management staff.
Clinical Supervision. First 5 students in a course 1 semester contact hour per 5 semester student work days Next 5 students in the course 1 semester contact hour per 10 semester student work days Additional students 1 semester contact hour per 15 semester student work days
Clinical Supervision. Psychiatric Social Worker(s) may be assigned by management to provide clinical supervision. In order to provide the best clinical supervision, assignments will not exceed the following, when staffing and licensing permits:
(a) Two (2) individual CSWA(s) (Certified Social Work Associate(s)); OR
(b) One (1) group of CSWA(s) (Certified Social Work Associate(s)) comprised of no more than four (4) CSWA(s); OR
(c) One (1) individual CSWA AND one (1) Group of CSWAs comprised of no more than four CSWAs. This Letter of Agreement automatically sunsets on June 30, 2023.

Clinical Supervision a. The Employer may assign qualified licensed Mental Health clinical supervision of unlicensed Mental Health Professionals including Masters prepared Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, Masters prepared Associate Social Workers, and Doctoral prepared unlicensed Psychologists.
b. Clinical supervision will meet or exceed the licensure Board requirements for the specific clinical classification, e.g., Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, and Psychologist and be performed under the processes, directions, and guidelines as may be developed by the Employer to satisfy such requirements.
c. Licensed Mental Health staff interest in providing clinical supervision are required to take a Clinical Supervision course to become a Clinical Supervisor. For any eligible Mental Health Professionals, the Employer will reimburse the cost of successful completion of the supervision course, provided that the individual continues to be available to provide clinical supervision for at least 1 year. Prior written approval is required prior to taking the course to be considered for reimbursement of the course.
d. Any licensed Mental Health Professional so assigned clinical supervision will receive $325 per month per unlicensed mental health professional he/she clinically supervises.
e. Nothing herein precludes the Employer from assigning clinical supervision to non-bargaining unit employees or utilizing non-employees for clinical supervision.
Clinical Supervision. Employer will guarantee supervision to assist clinical staff in obtaining and maintaining licensure (Social Workers) or registration (Occupational Therapist, Recreation Therapist, Dance Therapist, Art Therapist) as appropriate within the appropriate time frames. The employee has the responsibility for making a written request with the appropriate individual for supervision and the Program Administrator. The appropriate individual for supervision will give a written response to the request within two (2) weeks of receipt of request to the employee and the Program Administrator. Supervision will only be provided by qualified department heads or in- house designees.
