Construction Employees. (1) The regular weekly work tour of the Construction employees shall be established by paragraph 17.02 (A) of this Article, unless other hours are agreed to by the Company and the Chief Xxxxxxx of the Supervisor's group affected.

Construction Employees. 13.1.1 One day’s notice of termination of employment shall be given by either party to this Agreement. The Company may pay the dismissed Employee one days pay in lieu of notice; alternatively an Employee may forfeit one days pay equivalent to the notice period.
Construction Employees. When employees are recalled to the Construction Area as defined in Article 1.03, prior to the start of the Summer Construction Works Period, or are required to work beyond the Summer Construction Works period, they will be recalled and laid off by date of seniority.
Construction Employees. Employees with more than fourteen thousand (14,000) total employment with the Employer and all previous entities (uninterrupted, except for trades school attendance or lay-off without recall due to shortage of work) shall receive an additional two percent (2%) of their regular earnings in vacation pay. Trade School Attendance and or a layoff without recall due to shortage of work may not be longer than six (6) months in duration to maintain eligibility. Qualification for participation in this plan will be evaluated on a semi-annual basis (July 1 and January 1), and paid retroactively to the first full pay period after the date fourteen thousand (14,000) hours was accumulated.

  • Transportation Employees 20.1 Bus drivers shall be paid for actual time worked.

  • Project Employees Project employees who have not held permanent civil service status within the job classification, will not volunteer for or be assigned overtime work outside of the project. Required overtime within a project may first be assigned to qualified employees within the project by seniority. The process for assigning the overtime will follow the procedures outlined in this Article.

  • Construction Plans Tenant shall prepare final plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvements that (a) are consistent with and are logical evolutions of the Approved Schematic Plans and (b) incorporate any other Tenant-requested (and Landlord-approved) Changes (as defined below). As soon as such final plans and specifications ("Construction Plans") are completed, Tenant shall deliver the same to Landlord for Landlord's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. All such Construction Plans shall be submitted by Tenant to Landlord in electronic .pdf, CADD and full-size hard copy formats, and shall be approved or disapproved by Landlord within ten (10) business days after delivery to Landlord. Landlord's failure to respond within such ten (10) business day period shall be deemed approval by Landlord. If the Construction Plans are disapproved by Landlord, then Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing of its objections to such Construction Plans, and the parties shall confer and negotiate in good faith to reach agreement on the Construction Plans. Promptly after the Construction Plans are approved by Landlord and Tenant, two (2) copies of such Construction Plans shall be initialed and dated by Landlord and Tenant, and Tenant shall promptly submit such Construction Plans to all appropriate Governmental Authorities for approval. The Construction Plans so approved, and all change orders approved (to the extent required) by Landlord, are referred to herein as the "Approved Plans."

Based on RFQ security requirements the Authorized User may require that all staff must be citizens of the United States, and if so, Authorized User will indicate in the RFQ.
