Contractors working in buildings on campus after hours are required to purchase BuzzCard identification cards to work. This information, and the cost, can be found at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx. b. Confine operations at site to areas permitted by law, ordinances, permits, and to limits of Contract. c. Do not unreasonably encumber site with materials or equipment. d. Do not load the structure with weight that will endanger the structure. e. Assume full responsibility for protection and safekeeping of products stored on premises. f. Move stored products that interfere with operations of Owner. g. Obtain and pay for use of additional storage or work areas needed for operations. h. Coordinate use of premises under direction of Owner's Representative. i. Use of Site for Work and Storage: i. Restrict Work to areas as required to complete the Work ii. Store materials off site except for minor amounts of material that may be stored at designated staging area as approved by Owner. iii. Access site in areas approved by Owner. iv. Restrict debris removal to Owner-approved area of building site. v. Restrict location of construction cranes to areas as approved by Owner. vi. Do not allow construction traffic on existing areas not included in the scope of work except as absolutely necessary to perform new work. Provide 3/4-inch plywood protection over existing roof membrane at traffic and work areas.

Operating and Parking Vehicles on Campus: The Contractor(s) is responsible for any costs associated with operating a vehicle on the GIT Campus. Operators of motor vehicles shall be appropriately licensed and possess a valid State of Georgia driver’s license and maintain personal liability insurance if they operate a personal vehicle on the GIT campus. The Contractor(s) performing testing, construction, maintenance, repairs, warranty work, or other services are responsible for obtaining all necessary vendor parking permits from GIT - Department of Parking & Transportation for all onsite work. CONTRACTOR'S USE OF SITE. A. In addition to the requirements of the Supplemental Terms and Conditions, limit use of site and premises for work and storage to allow for the following: 1. Coordination of the Work under this CONTRACT with the work of the other contractors where Work under this CONTRACT encroaches on the Work of other contractors. 2. CITY occupancy and access to operate existing facilities. 3. Coordination of site use with CITY. 4. Responsibility for protection and safekeeping of products under this CONTRACT. 5. Providing additional off site storage at no additional cost to the CITY as needed.

Obtain written permission of the Owner before entering privately-owned land outside of the Owner’s property, rights-of-way, or easements. G. Do not allow the use of audio devices, obnoxious, vulgar or abusive language, or sexual harassment in any form. These actions will cause immediate and permanent removal of the offender from the premises. Criminal or civil penalties may apply. H. Require Workers to wear clothing that is inoffensive and meets safety requirements. Do not allow sleeveless shirts, shorts, exceedingly torn, ripped, or soiled clothing to be worn on the Project. I. Do not allow firearms or weapons of any sort to be brought on to the Site under any conditions. No exception is to be made for persons with concealed handgun permits. Remove any firearms or weapons and the person possessing these firearms or weapons immediately from the Site.

  • Use of Site 4.13.1 The Contractor shall confine operations at the site to areas permitted by law, including areas designated for operations or prohibited from operations by any applicable permit and or regulation, ordinances, permits and the Contract Documents and shall not unreasonably encumber the site with any materials or equipment.

  • Use of Sub-Contractors If the Applicant requires the use of a Sub-Contractor in order to adequately complete the Project, a collaboration letter, contract or agreement between the Applicant and the Sub-Contractor must be in place prior to the Applicant proceeding with any Milestone which requires assistance from the Sub-Contractor. Applicant shall: (a) identify the Sub-Contractor to Alberta Innovates; (b) provide a copy of such Sub- Contractor agreement to Alberta Innovates upon request, and on a strictly confidential basis; and (c) ensure that dealings with the Sub-Contractor are not prohibited under any Applicable Laws Including any Anti- Bribery, Anti-Corruption and Sanctions Laws or Export Control Laws. Alberta Innovates may request the Applicant to provide evidence that it has paid the Sub-Contractor for such services. If the Applicant is using a Sub-Contractor: (aa) nothing in this Investment Agreement creates any employment, contract, agency relationship, or other direct or indirect, relationship of any kind between Alberta Innovates and such Sub-Contractor; and (bb) the Applicant shall be solely responsible for all work, acts, claims, defaults and liabilities relating to the Sub-Contractor.

  • Insurance, Subcontractor's Public Liability and Property Damage The Contractor shall require each of its subcontractors to secure and maintain during the life of the subcontract, insurance of the type specified in this Contract, or, the Contractor may insure the activities of its subcontractors in the Contractor’s policy, as specified in this Contract.

  • Use of Subcontractors Nothing in this Appendix 2 shall prevent the Interconnection Parties from utilizing the services of subcontractors as they deem appropriate to perform their respective obligations hereunder, provided, however, that each Interconnection Party shall require its subcontractors to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of this Appendix 2 in providing such services.

  • Use of Service Areas The service areas, as located within the Project, shall be ear- marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.

  • Use of Contractors (a) If the employer wishes to engage contractors and their employees to perform work in the classifications covered by this agreement, the employer must first consult in good faith with the union. Consultation will occur prior to the engagement of sub-contractors. (b) If the employer decides to engage subcontractors, the employer shall ensure that these contractors and their employees receive wages, allowances and conditions equal to or better than those contained in this agreement. (c) The use of sham sub contracting arrangements is a breach of this agreement. The contractor who engages subcontractors is responsible for ensuring the employees of sub- contractors receive wages, allowances and conditions equal to or better those contained in this agreement, this obligation extends to liability for all outstanding wages conditions and entitlements under this agreement.

  • Use of Space The COUNTY will provide the space located at: [insert Orange County Government Location] (the “Designated Space”) which shall be utilized by the AGENCY solely for the lawful purpose of providing the services. If no space is designated, this Article V does not apply.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Use of Sick Leave Sick leave is available the first day of the pay period following the pay period in which it was earned, and is taken in units of one-tenth (1/10) of one hour. Use of sick leave is subject to the approval of the appointing authority. Upon request of an employee, the appointing authority may allow the substitution of three (3) or more days of sick leave for paid vacation, provided the employee furnishes a doctor's statement or other satisfactory evidence that the employee was ill or injured for three (3) or more consecutive days.
