Criteria for Evaluations Clause Samples
The "Criteria for Evaluations" clause defines the standards and benchmarks that will be used to assess performance, deliverables, or compliance under an agreement. It typically outlines specific metrics, qualitative or quantitative measures, or procedural steps that must be met for a party’s work or product to be considered satisfactory. For example, it may require that services meet certain industry standards or that products pass designated quality tests. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear, objective basis for evaluating outcomes, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over whether contractual obligations have been fulfilled.
