DATA TO BE SUPPLIED. 6.01 The Employer will supply the Union Chairperson with information normally supplied to the Union on employees in the bargaining unit (including both Full- time and Part-time), to be provided within five business days of the request.
DATA TO BE SUPPLIED to the Union - With each remittance required under Article 20.06, the Company will supply the Union with a list containing the following information: – Employees by base, classification and rate of pay; – Employees on lay-off; – Newly hired employees, including transferees; – Employees on leaves of absence and the reason; – Employees on Accident & Sickness, Long-term Disability or Workers’ Compensation; – Addresses and Postal Codes
DATA TO BE SUPPLIED to the Union – The company will supply the Union with the following information as changes occur:
(a) Employees who acquire seniority
(b) Employees transferred into or out of the Bargaining Unit
(c) Employees on leave of absence
(d) Employees on Sickness and Accident or Compensation and the date of occurrence
(e) Lay-offs and recalls
(f) Employees who have lost seniority
(g) Employees who are discharged
DATA TO BE SUPPLIED. 8.01 The Employer will provide the Chairperson with the following information:
a) On a monthly basis, a set of reports showing: the names of Employees who are in the bargaining unit; the Employee number, hourly rate, classification; and the number of hours worked during each pay period that ended in that month.
b) At the time of occurrence, a report showing: transfers into or out of the bargaining unit; layoffs or recalls; leaves of absences; and/or a listing of Employees who have lost seniority.
c) Names, addresses, phone numbers and postal codes of active Employees.
d) All reports shall be provided in an electronic format.
DATA TO BE SUPPLIED. TO THE UNION
(a) names, social insurance numbers, telephone numbers and job classifications of employees who acquire seniority; employees may choose not to have their telephone numbers provided to the Union;
(b) names of employees who are transferred into or out of the bargaining unit;
(c) names of employees on leave of absence for 30 days or longer;
(d) names of employees who are laid-off;
(e) names and addresses of employees every six months, as well as address changes as they take place; employees must keep the Company informed of their current addresses and telephone numbers on forms supplied by the Company;
(f) copies of job postings;
(g) the Plant Chairperson will be advised of the names of successful job bid applicants when the successful applicants are notified of their selection; and
(h) the Plant Chairperson will be advised in writing of the adjusted seniority of persons transferred back to the bargaining unit.
DATA TO BE SUPPLIED. The employer will supply the union committee with the following information:
DATA TO BE SUPPLIED. 28:01 The Employer will supply to the Union Committee the following information at the end of every month:
(1) Employees who are in the bargaining unit regardless of whether or not they paid dues in the month;
(2) Employee’s number and their hourly rate and classification;
(3) Employees transferred into or out of the bargaining unit within the month;
(4) The names of employees in the bargaining unit working less than forty (40) hours in the month;
(5) Employee’s status (i.e. at work, weekly sick benefits, LTD, retired in the month, any other leave of absence) and the date of occurrence;
(6) Layoffs and recalls in the month;
(7) Employees who have lost seniority in the month;
(8) Names, addresses, telephone numbers and postal codes of active employees, changes to address of bargaining unit retiree of which the Employer was aware, changes of Managers and non-bargaining unit positions.
(9) Copies of work schedules (weekly);
(10) Memos and policy changes (as implemented).
DATA TO BE SUPPLIED. 5.01 The company will supply to the Union Warehouse Committee the following information at the end of every six (6) months except where specifically identified:
1. Employee’s number and their hourly rate and classification
2. Employees transferred into or out of the Bargaining Unit as soon as the changes occur
3. Employee’s status: at work, sick benefits, LTD, WSIB, retired during those six (6) months, any other leave of absences, and the date of the occurrences
4. Employees who have lost their seniority as it occurs.

a) each period (there are 12 periods in a year)
i) employees who are in the Bargaining Unit regardless of whether or not they paid dues;
ii) employee number, hourly rate and classification;
iii) the number of hours worked in the month;
b) at the time of the occurrence
i) employees transferred into or out of the Bargaining Unit;
ii) layoffs or recalls;
iii) employees who have lost seniority;
c) names, address and postal codes of active employees
