The provisions of Article shall apply to a part-time employee except that the "ten (10) working days notice prior to the effective date of lay-off' shall be considered to be amended in the case of a part-time employee to read "fourteen (14) calendar days notice prior to the effective date of lay-off." ARTICLE HOURS OF Part-time employees who are scheduled to work shall be scheduled in order of seniority and by classification. A part-time employee shall be eligible for a fifteen (15) minute break period on the basis of one break for each four (4) hours the employee is scheduled to work. A part-time employee who reports for work on a scheduled working day and is sent home for any reason shall be guaranteed payment of two (2) hours at regular rate.
