Date of Professional Credit. By May 10 the District will obtain from each certificated employee the employee’s anticipated placement on the salary schedule for the following contract year to be used for budgeting purposes.

The District will offer clock hours whenever possible.

If the transcript or grade slip is submitted subsequent to the third day of school but on or before October 1, the salary increase will be retroactive to the first day of employment of the current school year. No salary adjustments or professional advancement for professional educational credits will be made for that contract year for credits submitted after October 1.
