Description of Position. 3.1 During the term hereof, the Employee shall provide services as VP Finance & Administration to the Company. Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, the Employee shall perform such further duties consistent with such position as shall, from time to time, be delegated or assigned to him by his supervisor. 3.2 The Employee shall perform his duties in accordance with the instructions of the Company’s CEO, or any other person nominated from time to time by the Company, and shall be obligated to report to his supervisor or to any other person nominated by the Company.

Description of Position a. Assistant or Associate rank tenure track faculty position. The Position will be housed in University’s College of Natural Resources (“College”); Distribution of duties – Teaching/Advising 30%, Research 50%, Outreach/Service 20%. Develop new research directions in the recreation ecology, environmental and cultural interpretation, and tourism with a focus on the intersection of social, economic and ecological components of outdoor recreation, parks and tourism management. c. The Position shall teach 2 courseseachyear. Coursesmayinclude recreation and parks management, environmental interpretation or other social- ecological systems- related courses relevant to the interdisciplinary undergraduate degrees of the Collegeandcampus-wide Environmental Scienceprogram. Graduate courses taught may include social, economic or recreation theory as applied to parks and recreation management, graduate research methods, or other courses based on academic qualifications that may utilize the McCall Field Campus and Ponderosa State Park. d. The Position shall also advise graduate and undergraduate students in the College. e. To be considered a candidate for the Position, an individual must meet the following minimum qualifications: i. Hold a Ph.D. in a social science discipline or related interdisciplinary natural resource degree with formal training in applied social science methods; ii. Demonstrated successpublishingsocialscienceresearchrelated to parks and recreation management in refereed journals; iii. Demonstrated capacity to teach graduate and undergraduate courses using effective teaching approaches; iv. Demonstrated potential to develop a research program that is both relevant statewide and recognized nationally, including the capacity to obtain external grants; and, v. Description of Position. A. The Senior Pastor shall be a man of God, called by God as an under shepherd of God's people, gifted by the Holy Spirit for this position. B. He shall serve as a fellow Elder, as the overseeing spiritual leader of the Elders, and is responsible to the Board of Elders. C. He shall be called to this position at Edgewood Bible Church by the Board of Elders of Edgewood Bible Church and affirmed by the membership. D. He shall remain in office for an indefinite period of time subject to the following reservations: i. The Elders reserve the right to dismiss the Senior Pastor upon giving him three months’ notice of their intention to dismiss. ii. The Board of Elders shall have the authority to terminate the Senior Pastor's ministry any time within the three months should the Board deem it necessary for the best interest of the church to do so, provided that if the Senior Pastor's ministry is terminated abruptly in this manner, he shall receive salary for 30 days in advance. iii. The Senior Pastor must give three months’ notice if he intends to resign. The time limit of a Senior Pastor's resignation or dismissal is subject to a lesser time limit if both the Senior Pastor and the church by mutual agreement provide otherwise.

He shall serve under the authority of the Senior Pastor serving in the role of direct oversight and ministry guidance for any and all Staff Pastors. C. If called by the Board of Elders, a Staff Pastor may serve in the office of Elder, but will continue to function in ministry and responsibilities under the oversight of the Senior Pastor. D. A Staff Pastor shall be appointed to his position at Edgewood Bible Church by the Board of Elders of Edgewood Bible Church, including the Senior Pastor, and affirmed by membership (see Article IV, section 8). E. A Staff Pastor shall remain in office for an indefinite period of time subject to the following reservations: i. The Board of Elders, including the Senior Pastor, reserves the right to dismiss a Staff Pastor upon giving him one month notice of their intention to dismiss. ii.
