Tariffs for mobile calls are set by your operator), or by contacting the Western Union Membership Programme, as set forth in Section 10 below. All money transfers that you initiate using the Programme are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, as well as the terms and conditions applicable to Qualifying Transactions initiated at Participating Agent locations where you send/receive the money transfer (these terms and conditions appear on the “To Send Money” and “To Receive Money” forms available from Participating Agent locations). In order to use the Card and participate in the Programme, you must fulfill all requirements pursuant to law, together with Western Union Policy, to enable you to send/receive money transfers in a particular country.
Description of the Programme. The proposed Double Degree Programme will be called Cognitive Neuroscience and Clinical Neuropsychology/ Neurociencia Cognitiva y del Comportamiento and will be based on a two- year second cycle degree (i.e. Master): one year spent in the home institution and one year in the host institution, according to a study plan jointly defined by the home and host institutions. The main objective of the programme is to train students in the field of Cognitive Neuroscience with a multidisciplinary approach including psychology, neurology, psychiatry, neuropsychology, neuroimaging, statistics, with a focus on the applications of cognitive neuroscience and neuropsychology knowledge and methodology to endow them with the ability to tackle advanced problems using the most appropriate theoretical and applied instruments. The programme will aim to improve students’ capacity to study, work and live in a multicultural environment and to upgrade and diversify their approaches to international relations. Competences acquired during the programme will be: • Advanced knowledge about the basic psychological processes and the neural bases underlying them. • Knowledge about the different neuroimaging methods available to study human cognitive function and different basic and advanced analytical approaches. • Practical knowledge in general psychological research techniques and in the specific methods and techniques of Cognitive Neuroscience and Neuropsychology. • Acquisition of practical knowledge in techniques derived from Cognitive Neuroscience such as Neuropsychological evaluation and intervention. • Knowledge of the "applicability" of psychological neuroscience scientific knowledge in the social, educational and health fields. Upon successful completion of the Double Master’s Degree Programme, students shall be awarded a Double Degree by UNIPD and UGR as defined below. Each Degree is recognized in the country in which it has been issued.
Description of the Programme. 2.1 Definition phase (Phase B). Sub-phase B 1 : continuation of the study on the selected concept; identification of those sub-systems that are critical from the cost viewpoint; possible adaptation of the industrial structures. Sub-phase B 2 : Production of a technical proposal leading to the choice of a system and a corresponding development plan, together with a cost analysis, and of an estimate, to be prepared by the Organisation, of a cost proposal for the design, development and construction phase. Sub-phase B 3 : On the basis of the system selected at the end of sub-phase B 2, the following action will be taken: preliminary project study of the corresponding sub-system; analysis of operations; establishment of a firm proposition for the design, development and construction phase. This sub-phase will be completed by the selection of the main contractor for the following phase.
2.2 Design, development and construction phase. Preparation of the detailed specification of, and construction plans for, the different Spacelab elements. Development of the Spacelab elements. Testing, assembling and checkout of the complete Spacelab. The following elements are planned for delivery to NASA: one Spacelab flight unit, one Spacelab functional mock-up and two series of Spacelab ground support equipment, possibly together with the necessary spares and relevant documentation.

Description of the Programme. Each institution wishes to collaborate in education by awarding three diplomas, the Master degree in Economics by the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx University of Torun, the Master degree in Finance, specialty Law and Finance by the University of Angers and the Masters degree in Finance and Markets by the University of Macerata. The programme has a 2 years length. The three institutions mutually acknowledge the courses to be attended as well as grades given to their students in the home university and in the universities to be visited (Appendix 1). All courses are taught in English. The period of mobility, in each partner university, cannot last more than one semester and will start on the second semester. The competences or qualifications acquired will be in the area of international finance and economics. The individual study plan and the mandatory amount of credits to be collected will be the same for every student, according to the Tables provided in the Appendix 1 of this Agreement. Each member institution formally recognises the courses offered within the programme as well as the credits awarded. Each student who successfully completes the study programme, including the compulsory mobility programme, will receive the national degree from the three universities involved (multiple degree). In addition, each student will receive the diploma supplement presenting the details of the participant’s academic programme and academic results. It should be produced by each university awarding the degree.
Description of the Programme a. Uniform Express shall ship product within () working days of receipt of order to New Customer specified locations.
b. Uniform Express shall credit New Customer for all returns of product that were shipped in error or are defective.
c. Uniform Express shall not initiate action regarding New Customer logo without written approval from New Customer purchasing department. Uniform Express acknowledges and agrees that the New Customer logo will be sold and applied to garments for the exclusive use of New Customer.
d. Uniform Express will receive orders by electronic transmission or by any other method as agreed from time-to-time between New Customer and Uniform Express.
e. Uniform Express will assist New Customer in developing forms for placing orders, and returning goods for exchange or credit.
f. Uniform Express and New Customer will meet on a regular basis to review garments, fabric, trims, accessories, styles and specifications of product offered in the current uniform programme. Uniform Express shall assist New Customer in the design of any new product as requested by New Customer.
g. New Customer understands there may be events beyond the control of Uniform Express which could have significant impact on (Uniform Express’s) ability to meet delivery requirements. Uniform Express to advise New Customer immediately should such an event occur and agree appropriate course of action with New Customer. New Customer reserves the right to suspend or cancel the contract should such an occurrence be of an unreasonable duration.
h. Uniform Express shall provide to New Customer various management reports as agreed from time-to-time.
i. STYLE, FABRIC, AND/OR SPECIFICATION CHANGES: If style, fabric or specifications changes result in garment obsolescence, Uniform Express will continue to ship such garments on daily orders until directed by New Customer to stop shipping such garments.
j. INVENTORY GUARANTEE/BUYOUT: Uniform Express shall maintain a reasonable forecasted inventory of a minimum 3 months stock of New Customer' finished products at all times per the instruction of New Customer Purchasing Department. For its part New Customer agrees to purchase all finished product on hand and on order should either party decide to terminate the contract subject to the 3 months rule above.

The proposed Double Degree Programme will be called International Biopharma and will be based on a two years (4 semesters) syllabus: one year spent in the home institution and one year in the host institution, including experimental thesis, according to a study plan jointly defined by the home and host institutions. The main objective of the programme is to train students in the field of Biopharma. Within pharmaceutical companies, the term “Biopharma” defines those drugs produced by biological methods. Biopharma therefore focusses on research, development, production and analysis of recombinant protein drugs, monoclonal antibodies and biosimilars. Moreover, the programme aims to improve students’ capacity to study, work and live in a multicultural environment and to upgrade and diversify their approaches to international relations. Competences acquired during the programme will be a sound interdisciplinary knowledge in the field of molecular biology, biochemistry, recombinant DNA techniques and diagnostics, a solid background in chemistry, pharmacology and advanced pharmaceutical technology, including the specific technical and regulatory issues dedicated to the research, development and monitoring of innovative drugs and biosimilars in a globalized market. Upon successful completion of the Double Master’s Degree Programme, students shall be awarded a Double Degree by UNIPD and MCI as defined below. Each Degree is recognized in the country in which it has been issued.
