Distribution of Union Material. The Board shall provide the Union with bulletin board space for the posting of its materials. The Union shall have the right to communicate with members of the bargaining unit by means of teacher mailboxes and District email.
Distribution of Union Material. The Board shall provide one (1) bulletin board, which is accessible to teachers, in each building, for the Union. The Union may distribute material including membership solicitation through the mail trays and the District electronic communication system. All communication is expected to comply with all D128 Acceptable Use Policies and Electronic Communication expectations.

Distribution of Union Material. ‌ The regular intra-district delivery service and employees’ mailboxes and e-mail (for employees who are given district e-mail accounts) shall be made available to the Union for communications to employees unless such use interferes with the normal school operations. The Union shall also have the right to use the school’s duplication equipment during non-school hours provided that the Union reimburses the District for the cost of any materials used and for any damage caused by the negligent use of such equipment as long as such use does not interfere with any facet of the school’s business.
Distribution of Union Material. Employee representatives of the Union will normally distribute Union flyers, pamphlets, etc., before or after working hours. Noontime distribution may be authorized by the President and Chief Executive Officer or designee, when considered appropriate, provided said distribution is done in a manner that does not interrupt normal Commission business.

Distribution of Union Material. The Union may distribute Union literature on College property, provided there is no interference with College operations. No one shall be allowed to distribute Union materials in a manner which disrupts employees during the performance of their duties or students during their pursuit of educational or athletic endeavors and such procedures shall require the pre-approval of the Vice President of the College, or selected designee. The material so distributed shall not be of an inflammatory, derogatory, accusatory or of a partisan political nature.
