DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT. (a) The Client shall: (i) provide to the Customs Broker all information necessary for the Customs Broker to provide the Services set out herein, including all information required to complete Canada Customs documentation and/or data requirements. (ii) Promptly review all documentation and/or data and notify the Customs Broker of any inaccuracies, errors or omissions found therein and advise the Customs Broker promptly and within the time periods set out in paragraph 7 hereof; (iii) reimburse, indemnify and save harmless the Customs Broker with respect to any of the matters set out in subparagraph (c) hereof; (iv) indemnify and save harmless the Customs Broker against any and all actions, claims, suits or demands of any nature whatsoever arising from third party claims which result from inaccuracies, mistakes or omissions in the information and documentation provided to the Customs Broker by the client or its agents and relied upon by the Customs Broker. (b) The Client warrants that it is the importer, exporter, or owner of the goods for which it has retained the Customs Broker; that it has full power and authority to retain, appoint as attorney and instruct the Customs Broker; and that all information provided to the Customs Broker shall be complete, true and accurate and acknowledges that the Customs Broker shall be relying on such information to provide the services set out herein; (c) The Client shall be solely liable for: (i) any and all Disbursements made by the Customs Broker on behalf of the Client; (ii) any Customs Duties, fines, penalties, interest or other levies imposed by Canada Customs or other Government Departments with respect to the goods imported or to be imported into Canada, or exported or to be exported from Canada, by the Client; (iii) any loss or damage incurred or sustained by the Customs Broker in relation to the provision of services to the Client herein.

Client shall provide the ICT Office with a list and descriptions of all the equipment that it is co-locating with the ICT Office. Migration and physical transfer of the hardware shall be done primarily by the Client, with assistance from the ICT Office as may be available at the time of request; 2. Client shall cause a joint inspection of the equipment before actual turn-over to ICT Office; 3. Client shall provide a list of authorized personnel who shall be allowed to enter the space allocated for the Client and access the co-located equipment. The list shall be updated at least every month, and the client is responsible for notifying and sending the updated list to the ICT Office; 4. Client shall abide by all guidelines, house rules, and other related procedures, standards, and procedures pertaining to the safety, security, and operations of the data center and co- location facilities; 5. Client shall be responsible for insuring its co-located server, including but not limited to, as fire and theft insurance; 6. Client shall be responsible for insuring its co-located server, including but not limited to, fire and theft insurance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT. The Client shall be responsible for providing all relevant information on his financial condition and risk tolerances for determining and reviewing the investment objectives, goals and guidelines (IP) for the Portfolio and advising the Investment Manager of any changes/ updates in their IP on a periodic/ timely basis. The Client should also inform the Investment Manager of all considerations so that, where applicable, the Portfolio is in accordance with the Client’s Trust Deed, Constitution and/or any other legal obligations.

This will include written guidelines and regular site visit of the authorized personnel of the first party.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT. The Client shall specify the rates and the work schedules for each Dental Personnel, as well as specific services to be provided by each Dental Personnel. Client agrees not to hire Dental Personnel without first notifying Company and paying Company any placement fees accordingly as outlined in this Agreement. Client acknowledges that providing Dental Personnel pursuant to this Agreement is sufficient consideration for Client’s promise to pay all noted placement fees should Client elect to employ Dental Personnel on a permanent basis. Client shall not authorize Dental Personnel to operate machinery or equipment without first obtaining written consent from Company. It is acknowledged, understood, and agreed that the insurance policy of Company does not cover physical loss or damage caused by the operation of Client’s equipment or vehicles.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT. The Client shall be responsible for providing all relevant information on their financial condition and risk tolerance for determining and reviewing the investment objectives, goals and guidelines on the IP for the Portfolio and advising Xxxxxxx of any changes/updates in their IP on a periodic/timely basis. The Client should also inform Xxxxxxx of all considerations so that, where applicable, the Portfolio is in accordance with the Client’s Trust Deed, Constitution and/or any other legal obligations. Xxxxxxx is expected to provide recommendations and/or manage the Portfolio in a manner consistent with this IPS and in accordance with applicable law. Xxxxxxx shall act on behalf of the Client until the Client decides otherwise. Xxxxxxx shall be responsible for: • implementing the Investment Policy in line with the IP; • monitoring the performance of all selected assets (where applicable); and • implementing changes to any of the above (where applicable).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT. 10.1 The Client shall be responsible for the timeous payment of the salary of the Employee. 10.2 In the event the Employee resides in the home of the Client, to provide bedding and such accommodation that meets all minimum standards for a dwelling unit but are not limited to private room for sleeping with a door that can be locked, reasonable access to kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities for the Employee and basic necessaries for her use thereof. 10.3 It shall be the responsibility of the Client, should the Employee reside at the residence of the Client, to be entitled to three (3) basic meals a day- breakfast, lunch and dinner or in the alternative, a feeding allowance in commensurate sum. 10.4 In the event the Employee does not reside with the Employee, to be entitled to at least breakfast and lunch or in the alternative, a feeding allowance in commensurate sum. 10.5 The employer shall at all times accord the Employee every constitutionally guaranteed right and shall treat the Employee in a just and humane manner. 10.6 Neither the Client nor his wards, staff or agents shall under any circumstance use physical violence or verbal abuse on the Employee. 10.7 The Client shall create conducive work atmosphere for the client and shall be cordial with the Employee. 10.8 Due to the relative timidity of the Employees, Client shall on a continuous basis, give the Employee comprehensive orientation on the home, the workings of the electronic gadgets and the rules and policies of the home which shall reflect the likes and dislikes of the Client. 10.9 The availability of the Employee shall not take away the primal responsibility of the Client to their children. The Client shall ensure the home is child-proofed and shall train the employee on the use of First Aid in cases of emergency and ill-health. 10.10 It shall be the responsibility of the Client to inform the Employee about the specific needs or requirement of any child, child reactions to food and drugs and drug administration. 10.11 The Client shall at no point in time reduce the salary of the Employee based on surcharge. Every complaint against an employee shall be directed to the agency. 10.12 The Client shall create allowance for the re-training monthly exercise of all Employees with the Agency to be held with the Agency at a time convenient for the Client
