E-Newsletter. A bi-annual newsletter will be created to provide updated information about the project to the relevant key stakeholders. The newsletter will be sent electronically and uploaded on the project website, and consortium partners will share it via their respective mailing lists/in their respective e-newsletters. The objectives of the newsletters are: - Informing stakeholders of the key findings of the project. - Providing information related to relevant external events and publications. - Disseminating key messages from the Work Package leaders. The design of the newsletter will be in-line with the pre-defined visual identity. A proposed structure for the newsletter could be the following: - PUSH2HEAT update: provide a comprehensible update of where the project stands (e.g., milestones achieved, deliverables, outputs, events…) - News & Events: short items about relevant events and developments on the project - Reading recommendations: selected documents/research suggested by WP Leaders and all partners relevant to PUSH2HEAT's work. Include the title, author, link, and a short synopsis. 7 Newsletters are planned throughout the project. A suggested schedule to follow could be: - April 2023 - October 2023 - April 2024 - October 2024 - April 2025 - October 2025 - April 2026

E-Newsletter. ‌ Here below is reported the copy of 3nd e-Newsletter as released in the latest version. It as been an intensive summer for Net- Tools. Dissemination of the project took place all around the world and, at the same time, also technical activities were carried out. New tools were designed and integrated in the e- laboratory and the first e-learning course is under development. Read here below all updates from Net-Tools.
E-Newsletter. INBO-PTS issue a periodic e-Newsletter (5 to 10 par year); SIC-ICWC will translate this Newsletter and assume the dissemination to Russian speaking contacts. The database of Russian speaking contacts (e mails) will be operated and maintained by SIC-ICWC. INBO-PTS will provide the file of e-Newsletter in English (html format) when the letter will be ready for dissemination; SIC-ICWC will issue and disseminate the Russian version within a couple of weeks.
E-Newsletter. The Student Association issued its first e-newsletter to all students via student email at the end of April. This will be a monthly newsletter with the next edition due to be sent by 31 May. The newsletter is another platform through which the Student Association can close the feedback loop, as well as providing news on events and initiatives happening across the College. The newsletter will continue through the summer as a means of keeping in touch with returning students. Class Representatives The Student Association recently hosted the last round of class rep meetings on each campus. Feedback from class reps on the structured system in place has been positive and the Student Association will be looking to use the feedback from the meetings, and via an online evaluation form, to improve on this for next year. Executive Committee The Student Association Executive Committee welcomed the College’s Education Scotland Inspector, Xxx Xxxxx, to its final meeting on 10 May. Mr Xxxxx fed back that he was impressed by the professional manner in which the meeting was conducted and mentioned the effectiveness of the dynamic between the College member of staff (Student Association Advisor), the sabbatical officers and the volunteer executive officers. Learning and Teaching Support The Student Association continues to work closely with the ICT Team across the College to ensure that ICT issues are fed back and can be addressed. In addition to this, recent learning and teaching issues include: • Tree surgery students had scheduled interviews last month that were cancelled due to the lecturer being absent. These had not been rescheduled and the students were worried about the impact late interviews would have on their funding applications and progression. I met the curriculum manager to raise the students’ concerns and new interview dates were set. E-Newsletter. Short and regular e-newsletters will be a key dissemination tool to inform relevant target audiences about the progress of the EU JAV project. They will serve as a tool to communicate key updates of the project and as a channel for relevant stakeholders to be kept informed and engaged. They will be produced by INSERM and circulated appropriately twice a year, as foreseen in the Grant Agreement. Then, it is suggested that they be translated in each country’s language for a wider uptake. This is up to each partner’s discretion, as no specific budget has been allocated to this activity in the GA. Each country is free to print paper copies, if needed, for distribution to national keystakeholders or attendees of targeted national or localevents. They will consist of brief articles and updates about the project. The e-newsletter will include both scientific-theoretic and practice-oriented information. The newsletter will be hosted on the project website and the link to each new issue will be circulated through existing partner networks and stakeholder mailinglists.   • Reducing Text Messaging While Driving Pursuant to Executive Order 13513, 74 FR 51225 (Oct. 6, 2009), Recipient should encourage its employees, subrecipients, and contractors to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging while driving, and Recipient should establish workplace safety policies to decrease accidents caused by distracted drivers.

  • TEXT MESSAGING WHILE DRIVING In accordance with Executive Order (EO) 13513, “Federal Leadership on Reducing Text Messaging While Driving,” any and all text messaging by Federal employees is banned: a) while driving a Government owned vehicle (GOV) or driving a privately owned vehicle (POV) while on official Government business; or b) using any electronic equipment supplied by the Government when driving any vehicle at any time. All cooperators, their employees, volunteers, and contractors are encouraged to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging when driving company owned, leased or rented vehicles, POVs or GOVs when driving while on official Government business or when performing any work for or on behalf of the Government.

  • Plan Brochure The Hospital will pay 75% of the billed premium towards coverage of eligible employees under the long-term disability portion of the Plan (HOODIP or an equivalent plan as described in the August, 1992 booklet (Part B)), the employee paying the balance of the billed premium through payroll deduction. In the event that a Producer uses electronic devices for contact tracing, it may access information collected from those devices only for purposes of tracing individuals that the employee has been in contact with during working hours when there has been a COVID- 19-related event, or for purposes of managing and enforcing social distancing protocols.
