Educational Incentive Award. Effective Spring Semester 2001 all regular classified employees are eligible to be paid a one-time stipend of $125.00 per credit upon satisfactory completion of any college level credited course from an accredited college which (a) is part of a degree or certificate program leading to a certificate or degree or (b) is in the best interest of the employee and the District as determined by the employee and the appropriate Vice President or Xxxx. Courses may not be repeated unless mutually agreed by the appropriate Vice President or Xxxx.

Course of study should be relevant to the position and/or departmental needs. Participation by the employee should be pre-approved by the Department Head with endorsement by the Vice President of Human Resources or designee. Upon completion of program/degree/certification, employee submits written confirmation of the completed coursework/license/certification to supervisor. Educational Incentive Award. A. The Borough agrees to pay each employee covered by this Agreement, in addition to his annual salary an education incentive/award of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per college credit up to a maximum of Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00) per year, per employee. Effective January 1, 2014 $750.00 shall be added to all steps within the existing salary guide and this education incentive/award shall expire and will no longer be paid.
Educational Incentive Award. The City shall grant a one-time payment of $750 to each full-time, non-probationary, employee covered under this agreement who has been awarded an Associate of Arts degree (or has completed 60 college semester units or equivalent quarterly units). Each full-time, non-probationary, employee covered under this agreement who has been awarded a Bachelor of Arts or has completed 120 college semester units or equivalent quarterly units) shall receive a one-time payment of $1,000.00. Either degrees or units listed may be in any area of study. Any eligible employee who is receiving a 2.5% educational incentive pay as of December 31, 2011, shall continue to receive such compensation in lieu of any one-time educational incentive award(s) while in an eligible classification.

Related to Educational Incentive Award

  • Educational Incentive Upon re-employment, any employee who had been receiving educational incentive as per Section 807 at the time of layoff shall, upon reinstatement, be eligible to receive that same type/level of educational incentive received at time of layoff.

  • RETIREMENT INCENTIVE PROGRAM A. A Retirement Incentive Program will be provided by the District based upon the conditions stipulated below:

  • Performance Pay In accordance with Section 8 of the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2020-2021, contingent upon the availability of funds and at the Agency Head’s discretion, each agency is authorized to grant merit pay increases based on the employee’s exemplary performance, as evidenced by a performance evaluation conducted pursuant to Rule 60L-35, Florida Administrative Code.

  • Incentive Awards a) The Executive shall participate in the Company's annual incentive plan for senior-level executives as in effect from time to time, subject to the performance standards set by the Compensation Committee. Payment of any annual incentive award shall be made at the same time that such awards are paid to other senior-level executives of the Company. The Executive's annual incentive award target shall be set by the Compensation Committee.
