Bonus Policy. 17.1. The Company may offer a number of attractive rewards, including welcome bonuses, insured trades, contests and awards to new or existing customers. Bonuses and trading credits rewarded to clients are part of the Company’s promotions programs. These bonuses are limited time offers and the terms and conditions associated with any bonus rewards are subjected to change from time to time.
17.2. Bonuses and profits that are based, even partially, on use of bonus credit, shall be forfeited in case the Company suspects any act of fraud or breach of the Company’s Terms and Conditions by Client.
17.3. In order to withdraw funds from an account that has been credited with a trading bonus, insured trades, insurance cover, the trader will be required to execute a minimum trading volume of (bonus amount x40).
17.4. Funds may be withdrawn only upon reading and full compliance with the customer prior conditions. All bonuses are final and cannot be canceled after the transfer to the trading account.
17.5. The Company has the right to cancel the bonus provided to the customer on promotion.
Bonus Policy. 10.1. The Client undertakes to carefully read the Bonus Policy by the Company before registering with the Bonus Program of the Company, by accepting any Bonus.
10.2. Bonuses given to the Client by the Company are not obligatory. The failure to accept the bonuses by the Client in no way affects the interaction between the Client and the Company.

10.4. The use of bonuses by Clients implies that the Client has a trader's experience. The use of bonuses or promotional offers without the presence of relevant experience with the Client can lead not only to the emergence of profits, but also losses. Risks related to trading in financial markets include the risk of loss of the accrued bonus and own funds contributed to the Company's trading account by the Client.
10.5. The company reserves the right to target the bonus program at its own discretion: geographically and by target audiences. Depending on the country of residence of the Client, the conditions for granting bonuses and participation in the promotional offers may vary.
10.6. To give or sell bonuses to a third party is prohibited. Bonuses are tied to a specific Trading account and cannot be transferred to another Trading Account under certain conditions.
10.7. The currency of the bonuses coincides with the currency of the Client account.
10.8. The validity period of the promotion and bonuses is determined by the Company. All promotional offers can be provided with terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to cancel the promotional offer if the Client does not follow the rules. The Company reserves the right to change the validity period of the promotion or bonus without prior notice.
10.9. In the event that the Company has grounds to believe that the Client has abused the Company's offers or in any other way violated the Agreement between the Company and Client, the Company is entitled to withdr...
Bonus Policy. 25.1. All bonuses, promotions and benefits provided by the Company are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Client understands and agrees that upon his/her acceptance of any bonus from the Company, the bonus policy will automatically bind both parties.
25.2. All bonuses have been given and credited may be revoked if the Client is suspected or is proven to be involved in any prohibited trading activity and/or in any illegal or cr iminal operation. Therefore, the Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the Agreement and other obligations with the Client or limit his/her access in the website or from the Company’s services.
25.3. If the Client wants to withdraw the bonus and the profits obtained from the bonus, the Company will perform verification procedures in the Client’s account/s. The Client acknowledges that he/she must meet the required trading volume as determined by the liquidity provider which changes from time to time.
25.4. The Company may introduce new services, bonuses and promotions which may also be discontinued without prior notice.
Bonus Policy. ii. Terminate the Client's access to TradeSmart services and/or end the service agreement with the Client,
iii. Freeze the Client's Account(s) and facilitate the transfer of any remaining balance back to the Client.
22.3 In cases where TradeSmart suspects or believes that the Client has abused the terms and conditions of a bonus offer through internal hedging (using other TradeSmart accounts) or external hedging (using accounts with other brokers), TradeSmart reserves the right to cancel any bonuses and associated trades or profits linked to the Client's account(s).
22.4 Bonus promotions may be subject to restrictions in certain jurisdictions.
22.5 TradeSmart retains the sole authority to cancel or reject any bonus promotions at its discretion.
Bonus Policy. Any bonuses, promotions and benefits that are provided by TryMarkets or any trading account are held under the Company’s terms and conditions and can be viewed there for more details. The Company reserves the right to terminate and/or any Agreements made between the Client and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, which shall forbids the Client to use any of the Company’s services.
