Electricians Allowance. Electricians who are the holders of the ‘A’ Class Licence (formerly ‘UN’ or ‘A’ Grade Licence or E-Class Licence) shall receive an ‘all purpose’ allowance in accordance with the relevant wage schedules.
Electricians Allowance. Electricians who are the holders of the ‘E’ Class Licence (formerly ‘UN’ or ‘A’ Grade Licence) shall receive an ‘all purpose’ allowance of; • $30:00 per week • $35.00 per week from 1 July 2003 • $40.00 per week from 1 July 2005
Electricians Allowance. (a) Electricians who are the holders of the ‘A’ Class Licence (formerly ‘UN’ or ‘A’ Grade Licence or E-Class Licence) shall receive an ‘all purpose’ allowance in accordance with the relevant wage schedules.
(b) Employee electricians who are the holders of the ‘A’ Class Licence shall not receive this allowance if and while the following conditions are all met:
(i) The Employee has never been required during their employment with the Employer to perform duties that require the Employee to hold an ‘A’ Class Licence;
(ii) The Employee has never been paid the Electricians Allowance by the Employer during their period of employment with the Employer; and
(iii) The Employee was advised by the Employer at the time of employment that their position would not involve duties that require the Employee to hold an ‘A’ Class Licence.
Electricians Allowance. Employees who are required to utilise the ‘E’ Class License (formerly ‘UN’ or ‘A’ Grade License) shall receive an ‘all purpose’ allowance in accordance with the rates stipulated in Appendix A.
Electricians Allowance. (a) Electricians who are the holders of the ‘A’ Class Licence (formerly ‘UN’ or ‘A’ Grade Licence or E-Class Licence) shall receive an ‘all purpose’ allowance in accordance with the relevant wage schedules.
(b) Employee electricians who are the holders of the ‘A’ Class Licence shall not receive this allowance if and while the following conditions are all met:
(i) The employee has never been required during their employment with the Employer to perform duties that require the employee to hold an ‘A’ Class Licence;
(ii) The employee has never been paid the Electricians Allowance by the Employer during their period of employment with the Employer; and
(iii) The employee was advised by the Employer at the time of employment that their position would not involve duties that require the employee to hold an ‘A’ Class Licence.
Electricians Allowance. The electrician's allowance applies to ‘A Grade electricians’, who hold a current A Grade electrical license, and who perform maintenance work as a part of their job, including the maintenance of automated inspection equipment. It is the responsibility of the electrician to maintain the currency of their license. This allowance will be in addition to the maintenance allowance. The allowance will be superannuable.
Electricians Allowance. 23.30.1 An Employee who is designated as an Electrician, and registered as an Electrician with the Office of the Chief Electrical Inspector shall be paid an allowance as follows:
23.30.1 (a) $1,391 per annum from PPOOA 1 December 2012, then $1,426 per annum from PPOOA 1 December 2013, then $1,461 per annum from PPOOA 1 December 2014 and then $1,498 per annum from PPOOA 1 December 2015.
23.30.1 (b) and such allowance is to be treated as salary for all purposes.
23.30.2 An Employee who is designated as an Electrician, and authorised by the Employer to act on his or her electrician's license by signing notices and assuming responsibility to relevant authorities shall be paid an allowance while so authorised, as follows:
Electricians Allowance. The company agrees to pay the following allowances to the Electrical trades personnel covered by this Agreement. * All licensed Electricians as defined by the Office of the Chief Electrical Inspector will be paid an all purpose allowance of $15 per week. * A licensed Electrician who carries out the duties and functions of "the responsible person" as defined by the regulations will be paid an all purpose allowance of $20 per week. * The Electrical Licence renewal cost of each Electrician covered by this Agreement will be reimbursed as the renewal falls due.
Electricians Allowance. In recognition of Government regulations regarding the compliance certification system and the extra work, responsibility and accountability imposed upon registered electrical workers the following will apply:
(a) All registered electrical workers will be paid an all purpose allowance of $20.46 per week.
(b) All time required by the registered electrical worker to fully comply with Legislative and Safety requirements will be provided and paid by LACTALIS Australia Ltd.
(c) All costs incurred in complying with the legislative requirements will be borne by LACTALIS Australia Ltd.
Electricians Allowance. In lieu of the Award provisions of 18.3.1(b), Employees who are required to hold and in the course of their duties are required by the Company to utilise the ‘E’ Class License (formerly ‘UN’ or ‘A’ Grade License) shall receive an ‘all purpose’ allowance of $47.50 per week, paid each week for the life of the Agreement.
