Eligibility – General. Any part-time faculty member who accrues sick leave may act as a donor or a recipient during the regular term (fall or spring), providing no categorical fund sources are utilized.

(A) Each employee who has completed not less than Sixty (60) days of continuous service will be eligible for one (1) floating holiday; Each employee who has completed not less than ninety (90) days of continuous service will be eligible for a second floating holiday; Each employee who has completed not less than one hundred and eighty (180) days of continuous service wiII be eligible for a third and fourth floating holiday. (Mill only): Each employee who has completed not less than two hundred and ten (210) days of continuous service will be eligible for a fifth and sixth floating holiday. (Woodlands Only): Each employee who has completed not less than two hundred and ten (210) days of continuous service will be eligible for a fifth floating holiday. TO be eligible for a floating holiday, an employee must be at work on the scheduled work day Preceding the floating holiday and the scheduled work day immediately following the floating holiday. It Is understood that no more than six (6) floating holidays will be paid to any person In any calendar year. In order to qualify for the above floating holidays, the em- ployee must have been actively at work during the calendar year.

CREDIT / CONSUMER REPORTING INFORMATION: You authorize us to request and obtain one or more credit reports about you from one or more credit reporting agencies for the purpose of considering your application for Membership or additional products or services, reviewing or collecting any Account opened for you, or for any other legitimate business purposes. You authorize us to disclose information about your account to any credit and/or consumer reporting agency if your account was closed because you have abused it. The Credit Union has the right to deny membership and/or additional products or services based on information obtained from any credit and/or consumer reporting agency. NOTICE OF FURNISHING NEGATIVE INFORMATION: We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report.
