If an employee is no longer eligible for health and dental coverage, the employee will have the option of enrolling in COBRA continuation coverage.

If an employee is no longer eligible for health and dental coverage, the employee will have the option of enrolling in COBRA continuation coverage. An employee who does not return to work in any subsequent year after the employee has received the benefits of this Section shall not be eligible for continuation of the benefits of this Section in the subsequent year. For example, an employee who is off work continuously for two (2) years and has received the benefits of this Section for a total of six (6) pay periods during his/her absence shall not be eligible for the continuation of the benefits of this Section in the next rolling calendar year.

  • Benefits While on Leave An employee will continue to receive her/his salary and benefits while on paid leave under this Article. An employee on unpaid leave may arrange to pay the costs required to maintain benefit coverage in accordance with the local provisions of the collective agreement.

  • Overtime Eligibility An Employee must work at least fifteen (15) minutes beyond her normal shift before being eligible for overtime compensation.
