EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT. Employees shall receive a written performance assessment (or evaluation) of their work at least once during each contract year. The employee’s performance shall be deemed overall satisfactory if the assessment is not completed by May 1 of each calendar year. Supervisor(s) will discuss every written performance assessment with the Employee. Evaluations shall be completed on the Non-Instructional Personnel Evaluation Form in Appendix D.
EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT. 13.31 Assessments shall occur at the conclusion of any probation period and on an annual basis for the first three years of employment, and every three years thereafter. The employee or supervisor may request an additional assessment at any time.

  • Employee Performance Review When a formal review of an employee’s performance is made, the employee concerned shall be given an opportunity to discuss, sign and make written comments on the review form in question and the employee is to receive a signed copy to indicate that its contents have been read. An employee shall be entitled to a minimum of two (2) work days to review the performance review prior to providing any response to the Employer, verbally or in writing, with respect to the evaluation.
