Employer Initiated Grievances. The Employer shall have the right to initiate grievances at Step 3 and those grievances must be submitted in writing to the Union within fifteen (15) business days after the Employer knew or should have known of the incident or occurrence giving rise to the grievance.
Employer Initiated Grievances. Employer-initiated individual or policy grievances shall have the same time limits and procedures as Union-initiated grievances.
Employer Initiated Grievances. The Employer may initiate a grievance at Step 2 of the grievance procedure. Such a grievance will be initiated in writing to the President of the Union or their designate. The time limits shall be outlined in the grievance procedure.
Employer Initiated Grievances. An Employer grievance shall proceed to Step 2 within ten (10) working days of the circumstances giving rise to the grievance. The grievance shall be submitted directly to the servicing Staff Representative. The Union shall reply to the Employer grievance in writing within ten (10) working days.
Employer Initiated Grievances. 12.13.1.1. If the Employer questions Union practices, the Employer’s representative will meet and discuss the matter informally with the Union President or official acting in that capacity and attempt to resolve the differences.
