EMPLOYER & UNION SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES. The Employer agrees acquaint new employees with the fact that a Collective Agreement is in effect and with the conditions of employment set out in the articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Check Off. A new employee shall be advised of the name and location of his/her xxxxxxx. Whenever the xxxxxxx is employed in the same work area as the new employee, the employee's immediate supervisor will introduce him/her to the xxxxxxx who will provide the employee with a copy of the Collective Agreement, some time during the first thirty (30) days of employment.

EMPLOYER & UNION SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES. The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a collective agreement is in effect and with the conditions of employment set out in the articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Check off. A new employee shall be advised of the name and location of his/her xxxxxxx. Whenever the xxxxxxx is employed in the same work area as the new employee, the employee's immediate supervisor will introduce him/her to the xxxxxxx, who will provide the employee with a copy of the collective agreement. The Employer agrees that a union xxxxxxx will be given an opportunity to meet each new employee within regular working hours, without loss of pay, for 15 minutes some time during the first 30 days of employment.

EMPLOYER & UNION SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES. The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a Collective Agreement is in effect, and with the conditions of employment set out in the Articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Checkoff. A new employee shall be advised of the name and phone number of his xxxxxxx. The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a Collective Agreement is in effect and with the conditions of employment set out in Article A new employee shall be advised of the name and telephone number of the Shop Stewards. The Employer provide the employee with a copy of the Collective Agreement for this purpose. The Employer agrees that a Shop Xxxxxxx shall be given an opportunity to interview new employees sometime during their orientation for the purpose of acquainting new employees with the benefits and duties of Union membership. The interview shall take place outside of the shop xxxxxxx’x regular hours. The shop xxxxxxx shall receive fifteen (15) minutes’ pay at straight-time rates.

EMPLOYER & UNION SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES. The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a Collective Agreement is in effect and with the conditions of employment set out in the Articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Check-off. A new employee shall be advised of the name and location of his/her xxxxxxx, provided that there is a shop xxxxxxx at that location, and introduced to the xxxxxxx if he/she is on the same shift. Whenever the xxxxxxx is employed in the same work areas as the new employee, the employee's immediate supervisor will introduce him/her to his/her xxxxxxx, who will provide the employee with a copy of the Collective Agreement. The Employer agrees that the Union xxxxxxx, provided that there is a shop xxxxxxx at that location, will be given an opportunity to interview each new employee within regular working hours, without loss of pay, for fifteen (15) minutes sometime during the first thirty (30) days of employment for the purpose of acquainting the new employee with the benefits and duties of Union membership and the employee's responsibilities and obligations to the Employer and the Union. It is understood that this clause is not meant to apply to the situation of a new operation being opened. In that case a representative of the Union would be given fifteen (15) minutes to address the new employees as a group within thirty (30) calendar days of the opening.

EMPLOYER & UNION SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES. The Employer agrees to advise new employees that a collective agreement is in effect and to review the articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Check-Off. A new employee shall be advised of the name of the Bargaining Unit Chairperson, who will provide the employee with a copy of the collective agreement.

EMPLOYER & UNION SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES. 7.01 The Employer agrees to acquaint new Employees with the fact that a Union agreement is in effect, and with the conditions of employment set out in the articles dealing with the Union Security and Dues Check-off. 7.02 On commencing employment, the Employees' immediate supervisor will provide him/her with a copy of the Collective Agreement. 7.03 The new Employee shall be allowed to meet with the Unit Vice President for up to one half (1/2) hour on company time, during orientation to familiarize the new Employee with CUPE and its Local 5167.

The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a Collective Agreement is in effect and with the conditions of employment set out in the articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Check- Off. A new employee shall be advised of the name and location of his/her Xxxxxxx. Whenever the Xxxxxxx is employed in the same work area as the new employee, the employee's immediate supervisor will introduce him/her to his/her Xxxxxxx who will provide the employee with a copy of the Collective Agreement. Where operational requirements permit, the Employer agrees that a Union Xxxxxxx will be given the opportunity to interview each new employee within regular working hours, without loss of pay, for fifteen (15) minutes sometime during the first thirty (30) days of employment for the purpose of acquainting the new employee with the benefits and duties of Union membership and the employee's responsibilities and obligations to the Employer and the Union.

EMPLOYER & UNION SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES. ‌ 7.01 (a) The Employer shall, at the time of hiring, provide new Employees with a copy of the Collective Agreement.
