Ending your Tenancy. 9.1 You must give the Group one month’s written notice of your intention to end your tenancy .You must return all keys to your Regional Manager by midday on the day you leave.
9.2 You must give the Group vacant possession of the Property on the day when you are due to leave. If you fail to vacate the Property on the date and time when you are due to leave you will be responsible for indemnifying the Group against any loss, costs, claims, demands and expenses which the Group incurs due to your failure to give vacant possession.
9.3 If you are joint tenants, any one of you can one month’s notice to end the tenancy. This will mean that you will be ending the tenancy for all the tenants in this agreement. We will decide if any of the other joint tenants can receive a new tenancy and stay in the home.
9.4 When you leave your home you must remove all furniture not listed on the inventory set out in appendix A, personal belongings and rubbish from inside and outside the Property.
9.5 If you do not the Group will charge you for its removal.
9.6 The Group will not be held responsible for any personal furniture, personal belongings or goods left in the Property.
9.7 You must leave the Property in a lettable condition. If you do not you will be responsible for the cost of any work carried out by the Group to remedy this.
9.8 You must pay rent and/or other charges due at the date of the end of your tenancy. If you leave owing rent and/or other charges you must arrange with the Group a method of payment. If you fail to make arrangements the Group will take legal action to recover all outstanding debts
9.9 You must leave all the contents which belong to the Group in the Property in the same rooms and (in the case of white goods and large items of furniture including beds and sofas) in the same positions as at the start of this Agreement
9.10 The Group is entitled to terminate this Tenancy Agreement and obtain a court order to evict you if:
9.10.1 any instalment of Rent is not received in full within 14 days of the date when it is due; or
9.10.2 you fail to comply with any your obligations under this Agreement;
9.10.3 you become bankrupt or have an interim receiver of your property appointed;
9.10.4 you leave the Property vacant or unoccupied for more than four (4) weeks without serving prior notice of the same on the Group.
9.11 Termination of this Agreement for any reason ends the tenancy period but does not release you from any outstanding obligation.
Ending your Tenancy. 3.16.1 If you want to surrender your tenancy, you must do the following before you move out. The surrender will not take effect until we have expressly agreed to it.
3.16.2 You must give us at least four weeks’ notice in writing that you want to end your tenancy and it must end on a Monday (we can, at our discretion, waive this requirement). Notices must be issued in writing following clause
Ending your Tenancy. You may end your tenancy by giving us four weeks’ notice to quit in writing, or by completing a ‘vacation notice’ (available from your local housing office) which you must sign. If you want to end your tenancy, you must give us at least four weeks’ notice to end your tenancy, and you should post or bring your written notice to: Lewisham Homes Xxxxxxxx House Catford Road SE6 4FN You must allow us access to inspect your home within the four week notice period. We will make an appointment with you to arrange this. You must pay all outstanding debts due under the terms of the tenancy prior to returning the keys and give us vacant possession of your home. You must remove all your belongings and anything that belongs to another person and leave your home clear of refuse. Your home should be empty, including the removal of carpets, except for fixtures and fittings that belong to us. We will usually dispose of any items left behind. However, we may exercise our discretion to store such property for a period of up to 28 days, and may charge for the cost of storage. We would take all reasonable steps to notify you if we store your belongings. You must leave your home clean, in reasonable decorative condition and must make good any damage (other than fair wear and tear) caused by you, your household or visitors. Where there are fixtures and fittings that are not our responsibility to repair you must leave them in a good state of repair. Where you have removed fixtures and fittings you must replace them or leave your own fixtures and fittings in place. You have the right to claim compensation for qualifying improvements, details of which may be found at your local housing office. You must return all keys for the property to your local housing office on, or prior to, the last day of the tenancy. You should ask for a receipt for the keys. If you do not return the keys on the last day of the tenancy you will be charged for use and occupation until they are returned. You may also be charged for the cost of any lock changes to your home. You may be recharged for all reasonable costs incurred as a result of you not complying with this part of the agreement. This may include:
(a) Removing refuse and other items;
(b) Cleaning, disinfecting, fumigating;
(c) Making good or repairing the property or any part of it;
(d) Replacing fittings or fixtures in your home;
(e) Removing or making good any unauthorised additions or alterations to your home;

Ending your Tenancy. If you do not live in the property as your only or main home the Council will take action to end your tenancy by serving you with a Notice to Quit. This also means that you will no longer have a secure tenancy.
Ending your Tenancy. You must give a minimum of four weeks’ notice in writing. If we receive written notice from you, your tenancy will end on the expiry of the notice period, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing. All tenancies end on a Sunday. All keys must be handed in to Housing Services no later than 12 noon on the day after the end of the tenancy. When your tenancy ends, the property must be left in a reasonable state of decoration and repair with all fixtures and fittings intact. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. You must vacate the property by the end of the notice period and remove all your furniture and personal belongings. At the end of the notice period we will take possession of your property. If you do not return all keys you will be charged for the cost of replacement locks and other work required to doors/the door frame due to your failure to return the keys at the end of your tenancy. We reserve the right to charge you the full cost of any repairs which need to be carried out after your tenancy has ended. Providing your fixed term tenancy is secure the Council may end it by obtaining an order of the court for possession of the property and by the execution of the order. We may seek such an order on any of the statutory grounds for possession.
Ending your Tenancy. (a) You must give the Council at least four weeks’ notice of your intention to end your tenancy agreement. Failure to give notice will result in a full four weeks rent being charged to your account. Notice can be given by letter, phone, email or in person to your local office, a confirmation letter will be sent to you. Your tenancy will end on the Monday immediately after the four week notice period expires. If you fail to hand your keys in on that Monday you will be charged another weeks rent. You will also be required to provide a forwarding address.
Ending your Tenancy. 29.1 You agree to give us four weeks notice in writing ending on a Monday if you wish to end your tenancy. If you are a joint tenant, then notice given by either of you will end the tenancy for both of you. A standard Form of Notice, which can be used, is at the end of 2this agreement.
29.2 You must continue to pay rent until the tenancy has ended.
29.3 You must make sure you redirect all your mail to your new address at the end of your tenancy.
29.4 You must ensure that all utility services meters for example, gas, electricity, water and telephone have been read and are paid up to the date you move out of the propertyProperty.
29.5 You must allow us to inspect your home and/or show potential tenants around, provided we have given you reasonable notice, before the end of the four week notice period.
29.6 We can only end your tenancy by obtaining a court order, or by serving you with four weeks notice ending on a Monday, if you no longer occupy the property Property as your only or principal main home, or if you have sublet or parted with possession of the whole of the Pproperty.
Ending your Tenancy. 7.1 You must give the Council two weeks notice in writing starting from a Monday, to Coast and Countryside Housing, 0-0 Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx. Tel 00000 000000 if you intend terminating your tenancy.
7.2 You must return all keys to your property to the Council by 12 noon on the Monday when your tenancy has ended. If they are not further rent will be charged The keys must be handed into either: Coast and Countryside Housing, 0-0 Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx One Stop Shop, Magpies, Church Approach, New Romney One Stop Shop, 000x Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx You should ask for a receipt when returning the keys.
7.3 You must leave the garage in a clean and tidy condition, clear of all your belongings and rubbish.
Ending your Tenancy. 8.1 You must give the Council four weeks notice, in writing, if you intend terminating your tenancy.
8.2 You must return all keys to your property to your local housing office by 12 noon on the date agreed by the Council that your tenancy ends.
8.3 You must leave the property and garden in a clean and tidy condition, clear of all your belongings and furniture and clear of rubbish.
8.4 You, or anyone living with you, must make good any damage however caused prior to terminating. Any alterations that have been carried out by you, or anyone living with you, must also be removed and the property returned to its original state prior to your terminating. You must leave the fixtures and fittings in the same state as they were when your tenancy began except for reasonable wear and tear.
Ending your Tenancy. 8.1 You must give the Council four weeks notice, in writing, if you intend terminating your tenancy.
8.2 You must return all the keys to your property by 12 noon on the date agreed by the Council that your tenancy ends.
8.3 If the Council receive the keys to your property without a written notice to terminate once 4 weeks have elapsed, this will be considered to be an immediate surrender of your property. You will be charged rent during this period.
8.4 Your property and garden must be left in a clean and tidy condition, clear of all your belongings and furniture and clear of all rubbish. The Council will collect certain items of furniture from the outside of your property but this must be arranged prior to you leaving or you will be charged.
8.5 You, or anyone living with you must make good any damage however caused prior to terminating. Any alterations that have been carried out by you or anyone living with you must also be returned to their original state prior to your terminating.
