Entitlement and Conditions. 14.2.1.1.1. For the purposes of prorating sick leave accrual, it is noted that a full-time Faculty Member accrues sick leave with pay at the rate of one and one-quarter days per each completed calendar month of continuous full-time service (10 month employees, 12.5 days per year; 12 month employees, 15 days per year).
Entitlement and Conditions a) Employees shall be entitled to a maximum of 5 days paid leave each year for absences due to an infectious disease (as defined).
Entitlement and Conditions. 4.1 Participating employers agree to recognise the prior service of an employee with another participating employer for the purposes of future long service leave accrual. Such agreement is subject to the employee meeting the eligibility requirements outlined at 4.3.
