Entitlement to Vacation Leave. Employees are entitled to vacation leave to the extent of their earned credits but employees who have completed six (6) months of continuous service shall receive an advance of credits equivalent to the anticipated credits for the vacation year.
Entitlement to Vacation Leave. (a) Employees shall be entitled to three (3) weeks’ vacation leave per calendar year without a reduction in actual wages.
(i) Vacation leave shall be earned at a rate of one and one-quarter (1¼) days for each calendar month in which an employee receives pay.
(b) Employees who have completed ten (10) years of continuous employment shall be entitled to four (4) weeks’ vacation leave per calendar year without a reduction in actual wages.
(i) Vacation leave shall be earned at a rate of one and two-thirds (1⅔) days for each calendar month in which an employee receives pay.

Entitlement to Vacation Leave. 5 22.1.1 Bargaining unit members assigned to full-time positions earn vacation at the rate 6 of one working day for each month of paid service. Bargaining unit members assigned to 7 regular part-time positions earn vacation leave at the same rate as bargaining unit 9 half (½) the days in a month shall receive a full day's vacation leave credit. Ordinarily 10 vacation leave will not be granted during the probationary period; however, a probationary 11 unit member may use vacation in the event the District elects to temporarily close a work 12 site. Use of vacation leave is not required for work site closure due to an emergency.

(i) Vacation leave shall be earned at a rate of two and one twelfth (2 1/12) days for each calendar month in which an employee receives pay.
(d) Employees who have completed twenty-one (21) years of continuous employment shall be entitled to six (6) weeks’ vacation leave per calendar year without a reduction in actual wages.
(i) Vacation leave shall be earned at a rate of two and and a half (2 ½) days for each calendar month in which an employee receives pay.
(e) Employees who have completed twenty-eight (28) years of continuous employment shall be entitled to seven (7) weeks' vacation leave per calendar year without a reduction in actual wages.
(i) Vacation leave shall be earned at a rate of two and eleven twelfths (2 11/12) days for each calendar month in which an employee receives pay.
Entitlement to Vacation Leave. An Employee is entitled to vacation leave with pay to the extent of earned credit but shall not be granted vacation leave until completion of the probationary or period, unless the Employer's permission has been obtained. If such leave is granted during the probationary or trial period, this period shall be extended for the equivalent time. Where in respect of any period of vacation leave an Employee: is granted bereavement leave; is granted sick leave on presentation of a medical certificate; the period of vacation leave so displaced shall be reinstated for use at a later date. Holidays falling in a vacation period are not counted as part of the vacation allowance. An Employee shall be notified in writing of the amount of accumulated vacation leave within sixty (60) days following the end of the calendar year.
