Equipment Data. The Contractor shall submit complete technical and catalog data for every item of mechanical and electrical equipment and machinery to be incorporated in the Work, including components. Submittal copies shall be bound, indexed, and contain information as required in Paragraph 12.5 for submittal of materials lists and shall further include specific information on performance and operating curves and data, ratings, capacities, characteristics, efficiencies, and other data to fully illustrate and describe the items as may be specified or required for approval. Data shall be submitted in sets covering complete systems or functioning units. Unless otherwise specified, each initial submittal shall include eight (8) bound copies, three (3) of which will be returned to the Contractor marked to show the required corrections or approval.
Equipment Data. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other term of the Agreement, Customer agrees that Philips may anonymize or aggregate log files, device parameters and other signals collected from equipment used by Customer and associated with Customer (“Anonymized Equipment Data”) and use and disclose Anonymized Equipment Data for Philips’ own purposes (including, but not limited to, for data analytics activities to determine trends of usage of Philips’ or its affiliates’ devices and services, to facilitate and advise on continued and sustained use of Philips’ or its affiliates’ products and services, for research, product and service development and improvement (including the development of new offerings), substantiation of marketing claims and for benchmarking purposes). In connection with any disclosure of Anonymized Equipment Data, Philips will not associate such data with Customer’s identity or the Personal Data of Customer’s patients, consumers, or employees.

Equipment Data. The Goods governed by this Sales Agreement may be equipped with a wireless data communication system or similar system. In such case, Customer understands data reflecting the machine performance, condition, operation, and other information is being transmitted to WSECO and Caterpillar, Inc., to better serve the Customer and to improve upon WSECO’s and Caterpillar, Inc.’s products and services. Upon entering this Sales Agreement, Xxxxxxxx agrees to Western States Date Governance Statement, as set forth at Western States Terms & Conditions | Western States Cat, and the Caterpillar, Inc. Data Governance Statement, as set forth at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/en/legal-notices/data- governance-statement.html, each as amended from time to time.

Equipment Data. The Contractor shall submit for the Engineer's review complete catalog data for every manufactured item of equipment and all components to be used in the work, including specific performance data, material description, rating, capacity, working pressure, material gage or thickness, brand name, catalog number and general type. This submission shall be compiled by the Contractor and reviewed and approved by the Engineer before any of the equipment is ordered.
Equipment Data. All new equipment purchased over £138,000 (£115,000 ex VAT) must be registered on the "Xxxxxxxxx.xxxx" national database. RGC 10.1 You are accountable for funds dispersed and are responsible for the timely and accurate submission of all expenditure reports required under the Terms and Conditions of Grant, including the submission of an expenditure statement within 3 months of the end of the Grant Period. We are entitled to require You to provide supplementary information in support of an interim or final expenditure statement. Once an expenditure statement has been received and the expenditure incurred has been reconciled against payments made, it will be considered as final. Any unspent funds will be recovered.
Equipment Data. The Equipment may be equipped with telematics hardware and software (“Telematics”) that transmit data to Lessor, the Equipment manufacturer, or the Equipment manufacturer’s other dealers. Lessee agrees that Lessor, the Equipment manufacturer, and the Equipment manufacturer’s other dealers (and their affiliates, successors and assigns), without further notice to Lessee have the right to: (i) access, use, collect and disclose any data generated by, collected by, or stored in, the Equipment or any hardware or devices interfacing with the Equipment (“Machine Data”); (ii) access Machine Data directly through data reporting devices integrated within, or attached to, the Equipment, including Telematics (“Data Reporting Systems”); and (iii) update the Data Reporting Systems software from time to time. Machine Data may be transferred out of the country where it is generated. In the event that the Machine Data includes Xxxxxx’s personal information, Lessee hereby consents to the collection, use and disclosure of such personal information, to permit Lessor, the Equipment manufacturer, and the Equipment manufacturer’s other dealers to access and use the Machine Data as set forth herein. Lessee warrants that it has obtained any necessary consent from its employees or any other third parties, including with respect to the transfer of Machine Data to other jurisdictions, to comply with any applicable privacy laws or contractual agreements with such employees or third parties and to permit Lessor, the Equipment manufacturer, and the Equipment manufacturer’s other dealers to access and use the Machine Data as set forth herein. Lessee shall not use the Data Reporting Systems to track the location of any person unless Lessee has first obtained any necessary approvals from such person to permit Lessee, Lessor, the Equipment manufacturer, and the Equipment manufacturer’s other dealers to track such location. Lessee shall not remove, modify or disable any Data Reporting Systems without Lessor’s prior written consent.
Equipment Data. ELITE is responsible for maintaining records of equipment usage, cleaning, service and maintenance, raw material batch numbers and certification, in process results and parameters, and previous Product(s) used in machinery, if non-dedicated machinery is used. Only equipment that has been validated, calibrated, or qualified shall be used.
