This is a general overview of the types of services available to Clients. Due to the unique process of each country, the descriptions provided should not to be considered an itemization of the fee for the stated service. Description of Fees. In consideration for the lease of the Plant, Lessee will during the Term pay to Lessor (i) a monthly capacity charge calculated by dividing the sum of the Total Project Cost (which for purposes of this calculation shall not exceed eight million ($8,000,000) dollars) added to Lessor's cost of purchasing materials for and installing or having installed a natural gas pipeline to the Plant ("Pipeline Cost") by one million (1,000,000) and then multiplying the quotient of that calculation by twenty thousand nine hundred sixty four (20,964). Such services shall include (but not be limited to) engineering, design, procurement of equipment, negotiating construction contracts, scheduling and on-site supervision of contractor activities and check out and start up of equipment. o All on-site contractors and all on-site employees of Lessor or its affiliates shall work in accordance with all safety rules and regulations in effect at the Plant. o Lessor to obtain all necessary interconnect approvals from Tennessee Valley Authority. o Lessor to provide copies of designs and construction details for Lessee's approval. o Lessor to provide Lessee information regarding costs of various components of procurement and construction. Description of Fees. You agree to pay the following, in the amounts set forth on the Purchase Order: ● Set-Up Fees refers to one-time fees for the set-up of your website. Any applicable Set-Up Fees will be set forth on your Purchase Order. ● Recurring Monthly Payment refers to the monthly fee for your website. Unless otherwise set forth in the applicable Purchase Order, your recurring billing will begin thirty (30) days after the execution of the Purchase Order or, if earlier, the live date of the website. ● Other Fees refers to any other fees for additional services that you request, such as for providing additional content or providing an SSL certificate.

1) Retail Qualified Rate: Swiped or chip read consumer credit or check Card transac- tions that are electronically authorized and closed in a daily batch and include all minimum authorization and transaction information as required for the Visa Custom Payment Service (“CPS”) or MasterCard Merit III interchange programs.
2) MO/TO & Internet Qualified Rate: Mail Order, Telephone Order or Internet key-entered transaction where the Card is not present and an Address Verification Service is required. Must be a consumer credit or check Card transaction and is electronically authorized and closed in a daily batch and includes all minimum authorization and transaction information as required for CPS Card not Present or CPS Key-Entered or MasterCard Key-Entered interchange programs.
3) Mid-Qualified (Retail only): Includes consumer credit and check Card transactions that are a) key-entered, b) not settled within two business days, c) made with cards that have missing or unreadable magnetic stripe or chip data, d) made using a Visa Rewards Card at a T&E Merchant, e) made when the Card is not present.
4) Non-Qualified (Retail, MO/TO & Internet): All credit and check Card transactions that do not meet the requirements of the other rate categories. Also includes any transac- tions made on any Visa Corporate and Signature Card types, MasterCard Commercial or WorldCard Card types or any foreign cards.

Description of Fees. Creekside Event rental begins at $1600 plus tax for weekend full day rentals, and $850 plus tax for weekday rentals. A $500 refundable damage deposit is due when your date is reserved and the contract is signed. You are responsible for any damages or situations that require excessive cleanup by Chehaw staff that occur during the rental period, including those created by your guests or vendors. Description of Fees. MDIA shall pay Consultant the rate of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) per month, with a cap of forty (40) hours per week. Consultant will provide MDIA with a W-9 and monthly invoices, and MDIA shall pay all undisputed amounts automatically at the end of each month. Expenses: MDIA shall reimburse Consultant for any travel expenses reasonably necessary to perform the Services. Consultant shall include such expense amounts on Consultant’s invoices, including (a) sufficient detail to demonstrate time, amount, and purpose of all expenses; and (b) scanned copies of receipts.
