Extended Stay. If the tenant has not moved out of the residence by 12 noon on the day the lease ends and has not signed with the landlord a new lease, then this lease becomes a continuing “tenancy at will” and the tenant will rent from month-to-month. All terms of this lease will remain in effect, except for terms that are in conflict with a State law regulating a tenancy at will. Either party can stop this month-to-month tenancy by giving to the other party at least 30-days written notice. This notice must expire on or after the date through which rent has been paid. The first month’s rent of this Extended Stay lease is due on the day after the Initial Rental Period (paragraph A) ends.
Extended Stay. If the Tenant has not moved out of the residence by noon on the day the lease ends, and has not signed a new lease with the Landlord, then the term of this lease shall become month to month and shall be known as a continuing month to month tenancy. This month to month tenancy shall be governed by this written lease and shall not be considered a “tenancy at will”’ therefore, State law regulating a tenancy at will shall not be applicable. All the terms of this lease will remain in effect, except that either party may terminate this month to month tenancy by giving to the other party written notice at least thirty (30) days before the rent is due and section 10 of this lease shall not be applicable.
Extended Stay. If you reside in the Health Center for longer than a Temporary Stay (“Extended Stay”), the fees shall be as follows:
Extended Stay. It is up to the attendee to make all accommodations for an extended stay. Attendee shall be solely responsible for all such travel costs.
Extended Stay. Residents wishing to extend their stay, beyond the date indicated on the Resident Agreement should submit their request 30 days prior to their original departure date to the Resident Coordinator by email (xxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx). Approval for an extended stay will be based on room availability and meeting Residence eligibility requirements (see section 1.1 / 1).
Extended Stay. In the event that you or anyone in your party does not vacate the Venue by the time set out above, or such alternative time as may be agreed in writing with AWS, AWS reserve the right to recover any costs incurred as a result, and to charge commercial rates for the length of time that you remain in the Venue, up to a maximum of 25% of the total charges due that you are late in vacating the Venue either on the day of the event or the day of check out.
Extended Stay. 8.1. An Extended Stay applies if the Resident seeks, with the prior written consent of the Principal or Authorised Officer, to:
(a) occupy the Residential Room prior to the Commencement Date; or
(b) continue to occupy the Residential Room after the Expiry Date.
8.2. The conditions of this Agreement (with all necessary modifications) continue to apply during the Extended Stay period.
8.3. The Corporation may decline the Resident’s written application for an Extended Stay without opportunity for the Resident to appeal against the decision.
8.4. A rebate on the Meal Component may be afforded to the Resident on an Extended Stay if the College’s kitchen is declared closed. This rebate acknowledges the cost that will be incurred by the Resident to offset the usual provision of meals by the Corporation.
Extended Stay. Borrower and each other Loan Party understand that certain of the Provided Information may be included in Disclosure Documents in connection with the Securitization and may also be included in filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), or the Exchange Act or provided or made available to investors or prospective investors in the Securities, the Rating Agencies, and service providers relating to the Securitization. In the event that the Disclosure Document is required to be revised prior to the sale of all Securities, Borrower, Extended Stay and the other Loan Parties will cooperate with the holder of the Note in updating the Covered Disclosure Information by providing all current information necessary to keep the Covered Disclosure Information accurate and complete in all material respects.

All other terms of this LEASE will remain in effect, except for terms that are in conflict with State law regulating a tenancy at will. Either party can terminate this month-to-month tenancy at will by giving the other party written notice at least 30 days before the rent is due on or before the first day of the month.
