Five-Day Operations. The regular hours of work shall be forty (40) hours per week in accordance with shift schedules mutually agreed upon between the Company and the Union. Work beyond forty (40) hours in any one (1) week or eight (8) hours in any twenty-four (24) hour period, shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times the basic hourly rate, plus the applicable shift premium. All overtime hours worked in excess of eight (8) overtime hours in a week shall be paid at two (2) times the basic hourly rate.

Five-Day Operations. The regular hours of work shall be forty (40) hours per week in accordance with schedules mutually agreed upon between the Company and the Union. Work beyond forty (40) hours in any one (1) week or eight (8) hours in any twenty-four (24) hour period, or hours worked other than those scheduled shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 times the basic hourly rate, plus the applicable premium. Safe Operations include the application and enforcement of rules, procedures and protocols that are intended to ensure the safety of personnel operating or performing work or tests on transmission facilities.

  • Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations. Company will conduct its business operations hereunder in a lawful, orderly and proper manner, considering the nature of such operations, so as not to unreasonably annoy, disturb, endanger or be offensive to others on the Airport. Company will provide all services under this Agreement on a fair and reasonable basis to all users of the Airport. Service will be prompt, courteous and efficient.

  • CONTINUANCE OF OPERATIONS 601 The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement there shall be no strike, and to this end the Union will take affirmative action to prevent any nurse covered by this Agreement from striking.   • Shift Operation When a three (3) shift operation is established by the Employer, the following conditions will apply: Those employees working on the day shift shall work eight (8) hours at the straight time rate. A shift differential of one-seventh (1/7) shall be paid for all normal scheduled shift hours worked. Those employees working on the night shift shall work seven (7) hours per shift.
