Funding and Reporting. Once the UNSAAC budget is approved by the Mayor and the Common Council, selected applicants may proceed with their projects as outlined in their application.  This granting process is unique in that funds are REIMBURSED after project costs are incurred by the applicant organization (i.e., funds are not automatically disbursed when the budget is passed). Fiscal cost reports and expense summaries which are included in the application must be submitted with each reimbursement request along with documentation.  Funding for projects for fiscal year, July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 ONLY. All costs must be incurred within the grant period.  Progress reports must be submitted to the Department of Neighborhood and Business Development (NBD) to assure the project is being completed as outlined in the application. Funds will not be disbursed if quarterly reporting tool is not submitted. Funding and Reporting. Once the UNSAAC budget is approved by the Mayor and the Common Council, selected applicants may proceed with their projects as outlined in their application. ▪ This application shall apply to UNSAAC Funding received by the City from Syracuse University during Fiscal Year 2021-2022 and Fiscal Year 2022-2023. The funding is intended to be used to support programs and projects in the neighborhoods adjacent to and surrounding Syracuse University. Funding awarded pursuant to this 2022 application process is intended to be used towards program expenses or completion of capital projects occurring or completed during Fiscal Year 2022-2023 (July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023). For this 2022 UNSAAC application, the City will also consider applications seeking funding for reimbursement for operating expenses incurred by eligible organizations during Fiscal Year 2021-2022 (July 1, 2021-June 30, 2022). ▪ Funded agencies are reimbursed for program/project costs as they are incurred and in accordance with their approved program/project budget. ▪ Fiscal cost reports and expense summaries must be submitted with each reimbursement request along with documentation. Forms will be provided to funded agencies. ▪ Quarterly progress reports must be submitted to the Department of Neighborhood and Business Development (NBD) to assure the project is being completed as outlined in the application. Funding and Reporting. 10.1. The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement is intended to result in increased efficiencies and cost savings to the First Nations and to the Province and its implementation is intended to be of mutual benefit. 10.2. The Parties will seek to secure alternative sources of funding in support of the implementation of Phase II and Phase III of this Agreement, based upon capacity requirements demonstrated in a detailed budget that aligns with the objectives of this Agreement. 10.3. The First Nations acknowledge the contribution of $65,000 from the Province to complete the development of this Agreement and initiate implementation of Phase I of this Agreement. 10.4. The Province will provide to the Stó:lō Nation Society, on behalf of the People of the River Referrals Office, amounts, to support the implementation of this Agreement in accordance with the following schedule: a) upon signing of this Agreement and in the provincial fiscal year 2012/2013 $80K for the purpose of delivering Phase 1 of this Agreement and completion of a performance report; and b) contingent upon on an accepted performance report from Phase 1, and in the provincial fiscal year 2012/2013, $120K to deliver Phase II and Phase III of this Agreement. 10.5. In October 2012, the Executive Level will evaluate the performance report for this Agreement and evaluate the need for supplemental funding. 10.6. The Executive Level may, if supported by this Agreement’s performance report results in section 10.5, seek supplemental funding to support the implementation of this Agreement, to the end of the Term of the Agreement. 10.7. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the payments to be provided by the Province to the Stó:lō Nation Society are subject to: a) there being sufficient monies available in an appropriation, as defined in the Financial Administration Act, to enable the Province in any provincial fiscal year or part thereof when such payment is required, to make such payment; and b) Treasury Board, as defined in the Financial Administration Act, not having controlled or limited expenditure under any appropriation necessary in order to make such payment. 10.8. The Working Group will ensure that the performance report referred to in this section of this Agreement is submitted to the Executive Level no later than September 30, 2012.

Period 2 , vouchers can be submitted from July 1st, 2019 – June 30, 2020.  Progress reports must be submitted to the Department of Neighborhood and Business Development (NBD) to assure the project is being completed as outlined in the application. Funds will not be disbursed if quarterly reporting requirements are not met. Reports will be due to NBD by the 30th of the following months: October, January, and April of each funding period.

Reporting under this National Partnership will comply with the requirements of Schedule C to the Intergovernmental Agreement on Federal Financial Relations . 18. Reporting will occur during reconciliation, which will take place in 2010 based on fees applicable at 1 January 2009, as provided by States and student activity for 2009 as recorded in the National Centre for Vocational Education Research Vocational Education and Training Provider Collection. The estimated funding detailed in the table above will be provided to each jurisdiction as a one-off payment by 31 January 2009.
Funding and Reporting. 13.1 Subject to Xxxx Kayeh Institute acceptance of the applicable terms, conditions and obligations set out in Schedule J to implement this Agreement, the Province will provide the Xxxx Kayeh Institute with an amount not to exceed $125,000.00 as follows:‌ (a) A payment of $125,000 within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date of this Agreement; and (b) payments as described in section 1.0

They agree to implement the Lead Agency procedure according to the rules described in this Agreement and in its Implementation Guidelines. ii. They have an appropriate Pre-determined funding scheme for MLA Proposals submitted under the multilateral Lead Agency procedure. iii. They adhere to international principles on peer review, for example as set out in the 2018 Statement of Principles on Peer Review of the Global Research Council.1 iv. They have signed or strive to adhere to the principles of the San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment.2 v.
