If you believe that anyone has gained unauthorized access to your PIN, you should advise us immediately following the procedures in the paragraph titled “Your Liability for Unauthorized Transfers.” You are responsible for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred by use of the Card. If you permit another person to have access to the Card or Card number(s), we will treat this as if you have authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons. You are wholly responsible for the use of the Card according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You may not request an additional Card for another person. We may restrict or close your Card Account and Deposit Account if we cannot verify your information, or if you do not provide it as requested. To open a Card Account and Deposit Account with us, you must be a U,S, citizen, lawful permanent resident, or non-permanent resident alien on a valid, long-term visa in the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Xxxxxxxx Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and U.S. Virgin Islands. Additionally, you must be a consumer who isat least eighteen (18) years of age, and with a valid Social Security Number, Tax Identification Number or ITIN or passport. All deposits and withdrawals must be in U.S. dollars. The Card Account and Deposit Account are individual accounts and must be owned and titled in the name of one person who will be responsible for the accounts. The account cannot be owned or titled jointly. Authorized users other than you are not permitted, but you are responsible for use of the Card Account or Deposit Account by others as set forth in the Smartcard Agreement. In order to obtain a Card Account and Deposit Account, you must also agree to go paperless. This means that you must: (1) provide us with a valid email address, (2) verify you have the technical capability to transact with us electronically, (3) intend to transact with us electronically, and (4) agree to accept electronic delivery of all communications that we need or decide to send you in connection with your Card Account and Deposit Account.
