Information Supplied by Operator. (a) Operator shall provide Non-Operators the following data and reports as they are currently produced or compiled from the Joint Operations:
(i) copies of all logs or surveys;
(ii) daily drilling progress reports;
(iii) copies of all Tests and core analysis reports;
(iv) copies of the plugging reports;
(v) copies of the final geological and geophysical maps and reports;
(vi) engineering studies, development schedules and annual progress reports on development projects;
(vii) field and well performance reports, including reservoir studies and reserve estimates;
(viii) copies of all reports relating to Joint Operations furnished by Operator to the State, except magnetic tapes which shall be stored by Operator and made available for inspection and/or copying at the sole expense of the Non-Operator requesting same;
(ix) other reports as frequently as is justified by the activities or as instructed by the Operations Management Board; and
(x) subject to Clause 15.3, such additional information for Non-Operators as they or any of them may request, provided that the requesting Party or Parties pay the costs of preparation of such information and that the preparation of such information will not unduly burden Operator’s administrative and technical personnel. Only Non- Operators who pay such costs shall receive such additional information.
(b) Operator shall give Non-Operators access at all reasonable times to all other data acquired in the conduct of Joint Operations. Any Non-Operator may make copies of such other data at its sole expense.
Information Supplied by Operator. (A) Operator shall provide Non-Operators with the following data and reports (to the extent to be charged to the Joint Account) as they are currently produced or compiled from Joint Operations:
(1) copies of all logs or surveys, including in digitally recorded format if such exists;
(2) daily drilling reports;
(3) copies of all Tests and core data and analysis reports;
(4) final well recap report;
(5) copies of plugging reports;
(6) copies of final geological and geophysical maps, seismic sections and shot point location maps;
(7) engineering studies, development schedules and quarterly progress reports on development projects;
(8) field and well performance reports, including reservoir studies and reserve estimates;
(9) as requested by a Non-Operator, (i) copies of all material reports relating to Joint Operations or the Contract Area furnished by Operator to the Government; and (ii) other material studies and reports relating to Joint Operations;
(10) gas balancing reports under agreements provided for in Article 9.3;
(11) such additional information as a Non-Operator may reasonably request, provided that the requesting Party or Parties pay the costs of preparation of such information and that the preparation of such information will not unduly burden Operator’s administrative and technical personnel. Only Non-Operators who pay such costs will receive such additional information; and
(12) other reports as directed by the Operating Committee.
(B) Operator shall give Non-Operators access at all reasonable times during normal business hours to all data and reports (other than data and reports provided to Non-Operators in accordance with Article 4.4(A)) acquired in the conduct of Joint Operations, which a Non-Operator may reasonably request. Any Non-Operator may make copies of such other data at its sole expense.
Information Supplied by Operator. (A) Subject to Article 15.4, the Operator shall provide Non-Operators in a timely manner with copies of the following information, data and reports relating to Joint Operations (to the extent to be charged to the Joint Account) in digitized format and if not available then in hard-copy as they are currently produced or compiled from Joint Operations, the cost of which shall be charged to the Joint Account (unless otherwise provided in this Agreement):
(1) copies of all surveys and, if reasonable in the circumstances, all logs including in digitally recorded format, if such exists. Logs which are required by the Parties for operational decision-making shall be delivered to the Parties within twenty-four hours of their receipt by the Operator and all other logs will be delivered to the Parties in a timely manner following their receipt by the Operator;
(2) daily drilling reports;
(3) copies of all Tests and core data analysis reports, (including drill stem tests and pressure surveys) and all other technical data surveys (if any);
(4) final well recap report;
(5) copies of plugging reports;
(6) well bore samples (drill cuttings) and also rock samples if any obtained from seismic acquisition to be preserved and submitted for analyses;
(7) at the cost of the Party requesting it, palaeontology sample analyses indicating lithologies, faunal assemblages and all geological formations through which the well was drilled;
(8) copies of the final processed version and any subsequent reprocessing of all seismic lines and positioning, shot point location base map, observer’s reports, seismic field tapes and final acquisition/processing reports, all geophysical information, including but not limited to seismic, magnetic and gravity data and weekly summaries of seismic activity;
(9) engineering studies, development schedules and quarterly progress reports on development projects;
(10) field and well performance reports, including reservoir studies and reserve estimates and short and long term production forecasts;
(11) copies of all material reports relating to Joint Operations or the Contract Area furnished by the Operator to the Minister including well proposals, location reports, site survey reports and drilling programmes prior to or concurrent with such filing; and (ii) other material studies and reports relating to Joint Operations and other studies carried out by the Operator, their respective Affiliates or third parties including but not limited to petroleum engine...
Information Supplied by Operator. (A) Operator shall provide Non-Operators the following data and reports as they are currently produced or compiled from the Joint Operations:
(1) Copies of all logs or surveys; (2) Daily drilling progress reports; (3) Copies of all Tests and core analysis reports;

Information Supplied by Operator. Operator shall provide the Parties the following data and reports as they are currently produced or compiled from the Petroleum Operations:
Information Supplied by Operator. A Subject to Article 15.3, Operator shall provide the Government in a timely manner with such data and reports as are required to be provided to the Government under the Laws and as are required to be provided to the Government and GNPC under the Contract, and provide the Parties in a timely manner with copies of the following information, data and reports relating to Joint Operations (to the extent to be charged to the Joint Account) in digitized format and if not available then in hard‑copy as they are currently produced or compiled from Joint Operations:
Information Supplied by Operator. (a) Subject to clause 20.1, Operator shall provide Non-Operators in a timely manner with copies of the following information, data and reports relating to Joint Operations or Reduced Interest Operations in which the Non-Operator is a participant (to the extent the costs of production are charged to such participants) in digitized format and if not available in such format then in hard-copy as they are currently produced or compiled from such Joint Operations:
(i) all logs, and surveys;
(ii) proposed well design and any revisions for each well;
(iii) daily drilling, completion and flow testing reports;
(iv) all Testing and core data and analysis reports;
(v) final well recap report;
(vi) plugging reports;
(vii) seismic sections and if applicable shot point location maps;
(viii) final, and if requested by any Non-Operator intermediate, geological and geophysical maps, interpretations and reports; Amending Deed – Joint Operating Agreement (Beetaloo JV) 35 (ix) engineering studies, and quarterly and annual progress reports on Development Operations, which progress reports shall at least set out the then current development schedule, the status of each such Development Operation from inception to date, its cumulative costs to date and the cumulative commitments undertaken;

Operator shall provide all Concessionaires with the following data and reports in a format agreed with INP, to the extent the cost of which is to be charged to the Joint Account or for the purpose of fulfilling obligations pursuant to applicable law or the EPCC, as they are currently produced or compiled from the relevant Joint Petroleum Operations: copies of all logs or surveys, including in digitally recorded format if such exists; daily drilling and other 3rd party operational reports; copies of all Tests and core data and analysis reports; final Well recap report; copies of plugging reports; copies of intermediate and final geological and geophysical maps, seismic sections and shot point location maps, reports and interpretations engineering studies, development schedules and Quarterly and annual progress reports on development projects; field and Well performance reports, including reservoir studies and reserve estimates; copies of all material reports relating to the relevant Joint Petroleum Operations or the EPCC Area furnished by Operator to the Government; other material studies and reports relating to such Joint Petroleum Operations;
