INFORMATION TO NEW EMPLOYEES. The Company will give each new employee (including term employees) a copy of the Collective Agreement and an information package provided by SPEA. The Company reserves the right to approve the contents of the information package, such approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
INFORMATION TO NEW EMPLOYEES. 5.1 A newly hired employee shall be informed in writing whether his or her position is within the bargaining unit, the name and address of the bargaining agent and the name and work location of the local Union xxxxxxx which shall be provided as per Article 22.6.
INFORMATION TO NEW EMPLOYEES. 26.1 A newly hired employee shall be informed in writing whether his / her position is within the bargaining unit, the name and address of the bargaining agent and the name and work location of the local Association delegate. A copy shall be sent to the Association office.
26.2 The Employer shall make sufficient copies of the Collective Agreement available to the Association within the Ministries to ensure that all employees have access to the Collective Agreement. The Association shall distribute the copies to its members and the costs of duplication shall be shared equally between the Employer and the Association.
INFORMATION TO NEW EMPLOYEES. 2.5.1 Upon hire into any position within the bargaining unit, the District shall provide information to the faculty member concerning LBCCFA’s status as exclusive representative, a LBCCFA membership form authorizing dues deductions, and a copy of this Agreement. The District shall make available for review, by any faculty member, a directory of District employees, and shall provide LBCCFA with a copy of same.
2.5.2 The District shall provide LBCCFA time during new faculty orientations to meet with new bargaining unit members regarding association business. Such meeting time shall be mutually arranged and scheduled between the Superintendent President (or Designee) and the Association President at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the new employee orientation.

INFORMATION TO NEW EMPLOYEES. The Company will give each new employee a copy of the Collective Agreement and the name of the appropriate Society Representative, to the extent that the Society keeps the Company informed of the name(s) of such Representatives.
INFORMATION TO NEW EMPLOYEES. A. The Employer will provide each newly hired bargaining unit employee with the following material upon entry on duty:
1. One copy of this Agreement.
2. A current shop stewards listing for ORO/OSTI
3. One copy of the negotiated OPEIU Fact Sheet.
B. When a new bargaining unit employee is scheduled to enter on duty, the Principal Management Contact will notify the Shop Chair, no later than 5 days in advance, of the employee’s full name, position title and grade, organizational assignment, and the date of the employee’s entry on duty. At duty stations where the Union has a Union Representative, the Shop Chair will designate a representative who will be granted 25 minutes of official time during the employee’s first day orientation to explain the role and responsibilities of the Union.
INFORMATION TO NEW EMPLOYEES. 9.01 The Association agrees to provide new employees with a copy of the Collective Agreement and, at the Union's expense, an additional Union package. The Union will provide a union xxxxxxx at company expense for the purpose of conducting a fifteen (15) minute group orientation meeting at a frequency determined by management.
9.02 All correspondence, passing from the Executive Director or his\her designate, to the Unit Xxxxxxx of the Union shall be copied to the OPSEU Staff Representative.

A newly hired employee be informed whether his position is within the bargaining unit, the name and address of the bargaining agent and the name and work location of the local union xxxxxxx which shall be provided in writing as per sub-section of Article Grievance Procedure. The Employer shall make sufficient copies of the Collective Agreement available to ensure that all employees have access to the Collective Agreement. ARTICLE CHANGE OF ADDRESS the event a change in home address or of the employee to notify the Employer in writing of such change. Failure to with this provision will save the Employer harmless with respect to any notification directed an employee's known address or telephone number.
