JOB SITE REPORTING. Contractor will be called in or scheduled for preventative maintenance or repairs by CCSU. When contractor arrives on campus, the service personnel will be required to sign in on the Master Log located at CCSU’s Energy Center building. When the service personnel are completed with a specific job, they are to sign out on the Master Log located at CCSU’s Energy Center building. All invoice hours will be matched and paid in accordance to the master log located in CCSU’s Energy Center. Invoices will only be paid for hours spent on the job and shall not include travel time.
JOB SITE REPORTING. Employees are expected to report and begin work at the designated time and place of their first assignment, which is normally within their zone. The company will assign the first and last work assignments as close to the employee's home as possible. Pay will normally begin when work commences at the first job assignment and ends upon completion of work at the last job assignment. Driving time exceeding 45 minutes each way will be paid time.
