Layovers. The Working Timetable incorporates scheduled running times and layover times considered necessary by the Operator to enable the Services to be operated to at least the Minimum Performance Standards set out in Schedule ID.
Layovers. (a) When an employee is required to lay over away from his home terminal, layover pay shall commence following the fourteenth (14th) hour after the end of the run. If he is held beyond the fourteenth (14th) hour, he shall receive layover pay for each hour or fraction thereof held up to eight (8) hours in the first twenty-two (22) hours of layover period, com- mencing after the run ends. This pay shall be in addition to the pay to which the employee is entitled if he is put to work at any time within the twenty-two (22) hours after the run ends. The same prin- ciple, except pay for each hour or fraction thereof, shall apply to each succeeding eighteen (18) hours and layover pay shall com- mence after the tenth (10th) hour. When on compensable layover on Sundays and holidays there shall be a meal allowance of ten dollars ($10.00); five (5) hours thereafter, another meal allowance of ten dollars ($10.00), and five (5) hours later a third meal allowance of twelve dollars ($12.00). No more than three meals will be allowed during any twenty-four (24) hour period. Also, employees shall receive ten dollars ($10.00) meal xx- xxxxxxx each time they are held beyond the seventeenth (17th) hour of the first layover period and after the tenth (10th) hour on subse- quent layovers after the first.
(b) Road drivers shall be dispatched to their home domicile after their third (3rd) layover. It shall be the driver’s responsibility to no- tify dispatch that he is on the third (3rd) layover.
(c) Whenever any Employer arbitrarily abuses the free time allowed in this Section, then this shall be considered to be a dispute and the same shall be subject to being handled in accordance with the Griev- ance Procedure set forth in this Contract.
Layovers. (a) Road drivers relieved from duty at a terminal or point away from home shall be dispatched on a trip within fourteen (14) hours after time of arrival. Drivers not dispatched in fourteen (14) hours after the time of arrival but held over, shall be paid for each hour of waiting time thereafter, not to exceed nine (9) hours in each suc- ceeding twenty-four (24) hour period.
(b) No road driver shall be allowed to work unless he has been off ten (10) hours at his home terminal and ten (10) hours at a foreign terminal.
Layovers. On out-of-town routes requiring a layover period between the hours of 9:00pm and 6:00 am and extending beyond three (3) hours including the lunch period, the employer will provide suitable lodgings.
Layovers. Drivers, Chauffeurs or Educational Assistants who have required layovers when they are not scheduled for duties for a continuous period of less than one (1) hour shall be paid at their regular rate for the layover time. They are to remain at their duty station, as determined by the Transportation Director during the layover. When scheduled layovers of one (1) hour or more are reduced to less than one (1) hour by the employee accepting additional work or performing other duties not regularly scheduled, the employee shall still go off the clock except while such additional work or other duties are performed, even when the actual layover time is then less than one (1) hour.
Layovers. 1. If a Flight Attendant is scheduled for a layover period of less than fifteen (15) hours (release to report), hotels at or near the airport location shall receive first consideration.

Layovers. Upon agreement of the Union or an individual basis, call times can be adjusted appropriately. The Union will not unreasonably deny requests from Employer to adjust reasonably the call-in times.
1. An additional $25.00 per “manned” camera for manipulating/shading more than six (6) “manned” cameras, except as otherwise stipulated in Appendix C, “Working Conditions.”
2. If there is no Graphics Coordinator, then an additional compensation of $50.00 will be provided to the Graphics Operator.
3. An additional compensation of $25.00 shall be paid to any employee operating camera in any ENG/EFP shoot at a remote site.
4. An additional compensation of $25.00 will be paid for each additional robotic camera over two (2) cameras.
5. Any Employees not engaged as a Camera Operator will receive additional compensation of $25.00 for operating booth cameras for fifteen (15) minutes or less.
6. Employees engaged for Network Sports work shall be paid an additional fee of no less than $25.00 per day, in excess of their regular pay outlined in Appendix A.
7. Employees engaged for News/Entertainment programming shall be paid an additional fee of no less than $50.00 per day, in excess of their regular pay outlined in Appendix A.
Layovers a) The first twelve (12) hours of a layover are unpaid, except that there shall be a fifty dollar ($50.00) payment for lodging. A layover will only apply if the driver has time available under the hours of work rules to continue on and complete the trip. If a driver has enough hours to complete his trip and he has to lay over he is paid fifty dollars ($50.00) as a lodging allowance for the first twelve (12) hours. For the next eight (8) hours he is paid at the normal hourly rate. For the next sixteen (16) hours, the driver is paid fifty dollars ($50.00) as a lodging allowance. Payment then continues alternating between eight (8) hours of paid work time and sixteen (16) hours of lodging allowance time until the driver departs on his trip. If the driver does not have enough work hours left to complete the trip, he will be paid fifty dollars ($50.00) per day lodging allowance for each twenty-four (24) hour period. Layovers. The driver is required to remain on site during a "layover" while waiting for the student activity to come to completion. If a layover is four (4) hours or longer, the driver may leave at the mid-point for up to thirty (30) minutes with approval from the staff member in charge of the trip. If the driver leaves the site, he/she may not exceed a ten (10) mile roundtrip radius.
Layovers. If a driver is authorized by the employer to layover, the driver shall receive a flat rate of Twenty- Five Dollars ($25.00) per night per layover, provided he has log time to drive.
