Line Service Technician. The work of a Line Service Technician (Lineperson/Fueler) shall consist of driving and servicing fuel trucks and ground support vehicles; servicing aircraft and ground support vehicles with fuel, oil and other supplies and materials which may be required by the aircraft or vehicle; will also be responsible for operating and filling of fuel trucks; the operation of forklifts; and policing, servicing, operating and performing minor maintenance to his equipment. He shall handle the parking, towing and storage of aircraft and direct the movement of aircraft and vehicular traffic on the ramp and in and about the shops and hangars of the Company's facilities, and shall properly secure all parked aircraft at all times. He shall be responsible for the removal of ice and snow from aircraft, and he shall de-ice aircraft. He shall courteously assist all aircraft and passengers by providing services they may desire and shall aid in baggage, cargo, passenger check- in, boarding and deplaning passengers and clean windshields on Aircraft. He shall make Hotel Runs and/or miscellaneous crew and passenger transportation. He shall accomplish ice and snow removal on ramp areas and in and about hangars, shops, and auto parking areas of the Company. He shall remove trash on the customer aircraft. He shall maintain the cleanliness of the alert room. He shall police ramp. He shall monitor and maintain the inventory and cleanliness of the HazMat storage areas in accordance with Company's HazMat Plan. He shall receive all products at the appropriate storage facilities, when required, making the necessary records of such receipts. He shall complete necessary receipts, fuel tickets and records required in conjunction with the performance of his duties accurately and completely. He must hold such valid licenses as required by government and state and airport regulations to operate vehicular equipment and stationary radio equipment and may be assigned other duties as required by management. Employees who for medical reasons are unable to perform all the duties assigned to this classification will be eligible to bump back into other classifications where they have held seniority per the provisions of Article XVIII-Seniority.

Line Technicians shall handle, clean the interior and exterior of airplanes; clean airplane parts, ramp equipment, hangars, shops, locker rooms, washrooms; loading, stowing, unloading, pick-up and delivery of passengers, crews, mail, express, baggage, freight and cargo and shall include the operation of automotive and other ramp equipment in performance of their duties for servicing aircraft and may include maintaining the ramp area, including landscaping, and equipment in a clean, presentable condition and may require building maintenance. Signature Flight Support Customer Service Agents may, in conjunction with Technicians, transport passengers and crews, including baggage, using mobile transportation. Line Technicians may be required to give on the job training and instructions.

Line Service Technician. The work of a Line Service Technician shall include all cleaning, washing and polishing of aircraft, both interior and exterior, meeting, moving and giving fire guard to all aircraft arriving or leaving the Company flight line; operation of ground equipment on Company flight line and on airlines where no mechanic is required; assisting passengers and customers with luggage and personal belongings; the loading and unloading of baggage, mail, freight, etc., of the above mentioned aircraft and other contracted work; cleaning of ramp and automotive equipment and janitorial work such as cleaning inside and outside of building and customer areas, (including washing of windows, sweeping of sidewalks, shops, landscaping, grass cutting and snow removal). He shall keep his equipment, including vehicles, in a clean, safe condition, but shall not perform mechanical work or work of a higher classification. Drives all types of trucks, tractors, automotive equipment and vehicles as assigned; the servicing of aircraft and automotive equipment with fuel, oil, water and other related fluids; and the operation of bulk fuel and oil stations, which includes the inventory and checking for presence of water. He shall maintain his equipment in a xxxx, safe condition; however, he shall not perform any mechanical work whatsoever on that equipment A Line Service Technician must possess a valid driver's license and is responsible to report to the Company whenever he/she does not hold a valid driver's license. Line Service Technicians must have the ability to drive a standard transmission.

  • Technology Upgrades Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon shall have the right to deploy, upgrade, migrate and maintain its network at its discretion. The Parties acknowledge that Verizon, at its election, may deploy fiber throughout its network and that such fiber deployment may inhibit or facilitate PNG’s ability to provide service using certain technologies. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit Verizon's ability to modify its network through the incorporation of new equipment or software or otherwise. PNG shall be solely responsible for the cost and activities associated with accommodating such changes in its own network.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are in the SLA. The remedies above are Customer’s sole remedies for breach of the warranties in this section.   • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. If you participate in an early discharge, defined as inpatient care following a mastectomy that is less than forty-eight (48) hours and inpatient care following an axillary node dissection that is less than twenty-four (24) hours, coverage shall include a minimum of one (1) home visit conducted by a physician or registered nurse.

  • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.
