Longevity Schedule. Section 1 An annual longevity bonus shall be paid to each employee for completion of each year of continuous service with the City according to the following non-cumulative schedule:
a) five (5) years up to ten (10) years $400 b) ten (10) years up to fifteen (15) years $800 c) fifteen (15) years up to twenty (20) years $1,200 d) twenty (20) yearsto 25 year $1,600 e) twenty five (25) years or more $2,000 Section 2 Longevity bonus payments for all employees shall be calculated and paid annually on the first full pay period in December of each year.
Longevity Schedule. An employee whose placement on the salary schedule is beyond the 11th step shall have 1% of the B.A. minimum salary added for each year beyond the 11th step up to a maximum of 19 longevity steps (see salary schedule for steps 20-31).

Longevity payment shall be made in a lump sum at the end of the first payroll period after each employee’s anniversary date.
Longevity Schedule. A Mental Health employee becomes eligible after being employed by the District as a full-time Mental Health employee for eighteen (18) consecutive years. Beginning in the nineteenth (19th) consecutive year of service, the Mental Health employee shall receive longevity pay according to the schedule shown on the bottom of the salary schedule. Any Mental Health employee who has completed the Experience and Longevity Plan or is currently receiving payments from the Experience and Longevity Plan will not be eligible for this longevity pay.
Longevity Schedule. A nurse becomes eligible for longevity payments after being employed by the District as a nurse for fourteen (14) years. At the end of the fifteenth (15th) year of service, the nurse shall receive longevity pay in a lump sum according to the schedule shown on the bottom of the salary schedule.
Longevity Schedule. An SSP employee becomes eligible after being employed by the District as a full-time SSP employee for eighteen (18) consecutive years. Beginning in the nineteenth (19th) consecutive year of service, the SSP employee shall receive longevity pay according to the schedule shown on the bottom of the salary schedule. Section 2 Longevity payments for all members shall be calculated and paid annually on the first full pay period in December of each year. A pro-rated longevity payment shall be made only upon service or disability retirement.

An employee who for any reason terminates employment with the City prior to the employee’s eligible anniversary date shall receive longevity pay on a prorated time basis for the calendar months served.
Longevity Schedule. A longevity payment shall be paid to each employee at the beginning of the eighth year of police service in the amount specified in the attached Appendices A and B. Employees of record as of February 1, 1985 shall be regarded as having started at the 2nd Year step for longevity progression purposes. The dollar amounts specified in the Appendix shall be adjusted by the same percentage and at the same time as across the board increases in the base wages for the seventh step of the patrol officer wage schedule. An employee shall move to the next step in the longevity schedule on the anniversary of his/her employment with the Park Police Department.
