Mandatory Fundraising. Each member is required to raise a minimum of $200.00 per season. There are two mandatory fundraisers conducted through- out the year. They are designed to raise money for the corps general fund, and to help members alleviate the cost of participa- tion. Each fundraiser will be a 50/50 split between general fund and member’s fees, unless otherwise specified. Each fundraiser will be discussed and administered at the camps.

I understand that the annual Swim-A-Thon® in April is WEST's major fundraiser and that my athlete's participation is required. Mandatory Fundraising. As the season progresses, it may be necessary for the West Allegheny Hockey Association to raise funds in addition to those listed in the player assessment fees. The Association reserves the right to require mandatory fundraising participation for each player Key Bank/PNC/Scrip Participation in Key Bank Pavilion, PNC Park and Scrips fundraising is voluntary. Money raised through this fundraising will be held and applied to a specific player’s assessment fee. The Member performing the fundraising can designate who the specific player(s) is as long as the player(s) is in good standing with WAHA. Once assessment fees are paid in full, Members performing fundraising can apply these funds to other items. Due to WAHA’s exemption as a non-profit organization, money raised through Legends fundraising can only be applied to WAHA hockey related activities. Aramark/Legends fundraising by former WAHA Members is permitted as long as the fundraising: Does not impact current WAHA Members ability to fundraise. Proceeds will be placed into a General Fund that is distributed by the WAHA Board Membership per IRS rules for non-profit organizations. On Time Payments Timeliness of payments is necessary, as WAHA will be paying fees to various organizations and companies on behalf of the teams and players. The following guidelines are to be followed regarding the payment schedule: All monthly assessment fees must be paid by the 15th of each month. If assessment fees are not paid by the end of the month, a $25.00 late fee will be charged. If monthly assessment fees are not paid by 30th , the player will be ineligible to practice or play in games and will remain ineligible until payments are made current. The public outreach plan must accompany the first invoice for payment from Sponsor. The materials documenting the public outreach activities must accompany the final invoice for payment from Sponsor.

  • Mandatory Training The Department reserves the right to require the Charter School to attend any training related to the responsibilities of a Charter School.

  • Mandatory Assistance If a third party dispute or litigation, or both, arises out of, or relates in any way to the services provided to the City under a Contract, Contractor , its agents, officers, and employees agree to assist in resolving the dispute or litigation upon City’s request. Contractor’s assistance includes, but is not limited to, providing professional consultations, attending mediations, arbitrations, depositions, trials or any event related to the dispute resolution and/or litigation.

  • Compensation and Payment Terms A. Subject to the satisfactory performance of the services required of Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, and to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and following Contractor’s submission of an appropriate claim, and such other documentation that the County may require, County shall pay Contractor according to the terms set forth in Exhibit C, Terms of Payment.   • Education and Outreach Health Education Advisory Committee The PH-MCO must develop and implement effective Member education and outreach programs that may include health education programs focusing on the leading causes of hospitalization and emergency room use, and health initiatives that target Members with Special Needs, including but not limited to: HIV/AIDS, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Dual Eligibles, etc. The PH-MCO must establish and maintain a Health Education Advisory Committee that includes Members and Providers of the community to advise on the health education needs of HealthChoices Members. Representation on this Committee must include, but not be limited to, women, minorities, persons with Special Needs and at least one (1) person with expertise on the medical needs of children with Special Needs. Provider representation includes physical health, behavioral health, and dental health Providers. The PH-MCO must provide the Department annually with the membership (including designation) and meeting schedule of the Health Education Advisory Committee. The PH-MCO must provide for and document coordination of health education materials, activities and programs with public health entities, particularly as they relate to public health priorities and population-based interventions that are relevant to the populations being served and that take into consideration the ability of these populations to understand and act upon health information. The PH- MCO must also work with the Department to ensure that its Health Education Advisory Committees are provided with an effective means to consult with each other and, when appropriate, coordinate efforts and resources for the benefit of the entire HealthChoices population in the HC Zone and/or populations with Special Needs. The PH-MCO must provide the Department with a written description of all planned health education activities and targeted implementation dates on an annual basis.
