Team Travel. A. Each UNIVERSITY shall transport COACHES, student athletes, equipment, and other support personnel to and from all intercollegiate athletic competitions. COACHES may, however, elect to drive a UNIVERSITY vehicle with the approval of the Athletic Director. B. All expenses actually incurred by a COACH during team travel shall be reimbursed in accordance with the State System Travel and Subsistence Allowances Regulations except that when rooms are not available at the STATE SYSTEM-approved reimbursement rate, reimbursement shall be at the actual rate, if pre-approved by an appropriate representative of management.

Team Travel a. You will be early or on time to the bus or you will be left behind. b. You will travel to and from the games with the team. c. You will dress appropriately. You will look clean, neat, and well groomed. d. You will not be loud on the bus. You will respect those around you and their need to study. e. You will conduct yourself in a dignified fashion at the hotels. f. You will remember the first reason we travel is to compete not socialize. We encourage you to have fun but not detract from the primary purpose you are traveling. g. No alcoholic beverages or prohibited drugs are permitted on any team trip. h. Curfews will be strictly enforced. The College premises shall be tobacco-free, thus supporting a healthy environment for all who are on the grounds of any College locations. This policy applies to all individuals, including but not limited to employees, students and visitors who may be located inside or outside of any buildings, residences or parking lots on the grounds of any of our College locations. Tobacco is defined as all products derived from, or containing tobacco, including and not limited to those listed below. • Cigarettes (e.g. cloves, bidis, kreteks) • Cigars and cigarillos • Hookah smoked products • Pipes and oral tobacco (e.g. spit and spitless, smokeless, chew, snuff) • Nasal tobacco • Electronic cigarettes and vapes or any other product intended to mimic tobacco products and/or deliver nicotine other than for the purpose of cessation, or that contains tobacco flavoring It is the responsibility of all students, faculty, staff and visitors to observe, adhere to and respect the College’s Tobacco Free policy. Students, faculty and staff are encouraged and empowered to respectfully inform others about the policy in an ongoing effort to support the College’s goal of becoming tobacco-free and improving individual health and well-being. Team Travel. During the course of the soccer season, teams will participate in away games. It is the responsibility of the player’s parents to arrange transportation to these games. In certain cases, the team may participate in a travel tournament that will require the team to stay overnight. The Team Administrator will make suggested travel arrangements in advance. Travel costs are the parent’s responsibility and are not part of the club fees.
Team Travel. U.S. Soccer will provide an equal number of charter flights to both Senior National Teams for team travel over the course of the period when this policy is in effect, regardless of whether those flights are used to travel to or during Official Competitions, tournaments, friendlies, camps, or other events. The minimum number of charter flights provided to each senior national team shall equal the number of Official Competitions (as defined by FIFA statute) occurring in the United States or within Concacaf that the team with more such competitions has over the course of the policy, except that the minimum number of charter flights shall not include Official Competitions where Concacaf provides the transportation. In determining the number of charter flights flown when this policy is in effect, U.S. Soccer will count the charter flights flown by the Senior National Teams in calendar year 2020. For purposes of this policy, the number of charter flights is defined as the individual number of charter flights flown, not the number of matches, tournaments, or other events to which the team travels. Charter flights for youth or extended national teams are not approved within U.S. Soccer’s travel policy and are to be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as when security risks or the absence of commercial flights make commercial travel imprudent or infeasible.
Team Travel. Charters for Team travel do not require pre-approval. USWNT players may enforce the obligations of this policy according to the grievance and arbitration procedure set forth in their CBA. This Policy will be in effect for four years. U.S. Soccer may amend the Policy upon the consent of the exclusive collective bargaining representative for each Senior National Team and pursuant to the terms of any contractual obligations.
Team Travel. When a swim meet involves team travel arrangements (bus, van or air transportation) and hotel accommodations, the swimmer/family will be billed for a percentage of the total cost of the trip, including coaches’ expenses, based on the number of athletes attending. Once a swimmer commits to attending a team travel meet, his/her share of the expenses is due and non-refundable.

  • Air Travel Any air tickets purchased by the Recipient with Centre Funds, directly or indirectly, must be in excursion class or at lower fares. The applicable fare shall be purchased for the most direct and economical routing. The Recipient may reroute or upgrade at the Recipient’s own expense.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Teams One team for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Team to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law. The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the "Borrowing Agreement") with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point by 14:00 local time on 19th September 2021, then the team will be liable for the "Hire Costs" outlined below. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • Travel No expenses for travel will be reimbursed unless specifically authorized by this Contract. Permitted expenses will be reimbursed at the rate paid by the State and in accordance with the Budget Agency’s Financial Management Circular – Travel Policies and Procedures in effect at the time the expenditure is made. Out-of-state travel requests must be reviewed by the State for availability of funds and for conformance with Circular guidelines.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST XXXX MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • Training and Promotion a. The contractor will assist in locating, qualifying, and increasing the skills of minorities and women who are applicants for employment or current employees. Such efforts should be aimed at developing full journey level status employees in the type of trade or job classification involved. b. Consistent with the contractor's work force requirements and as permissible under Federal and State regulations, the contractor shall make full use of training programs, i.e., apprenticeship, and on-the-job training programs for the geographical area of contract performance. In the event a special provision for training is provided under this contract, this subparagraph will be superseded as indicated in the special provision. The contracting agency may reserve training positions for persons who receive welfare assistance in accordance with 23 U.S.C. 140(a). c. The contractor will advise employees and applicants for employment of available training programs and entrance requirements for each. d. The contractor will periodically review the training and promotion potential of employees who are minorities and women and will encourage eligible employees to apply for such training and promotion.
