Masters Stipend. 13.6.1 Each Member with a master’s degree from an accredited college or university, whose accreditation is acceptable to the District, will receive an annual stipend of one thousand eight hundred dollars $1,800. Members who attain a master’s degree from such an accredited college or university shall be eligible to receive this stipend as follows: Only master’s degrees completed prior to September 1, with official transcripts submitted to the District and received by October 1, may be credited for that year’s stipend. Members with a master’s degree hired after the start of the school year will be paid a pro-rated amount.
13.6.2 Each Member with a Doctoral Degree from an accredited college or university, whose accreditation is acceptable to the District, will receive an annual stipend of one thousand eight hundred dollars $1,800. Members who attain a Doctoral degree from such accredited college or university shall be eligible to receive this stipend as follows: Only Doctoral degrees completed prior to September 1, with official transcripts submitted to the District and received by October 1, may be credited for that year’s stipend. Members with a Doctoral degree hired after the start of the school year will be paid a pro-rated amount.
13.6.3 Each Member with a National Board Certification will receive an additional annual stipend of one thousand eight hundred dollars $1,800. These Members include: Teachers, Psychologists, Speech Therapists, and Counselors. Members who attain a National Board Certification from such an accredited college or university shall be eligible to receive this stipend as follows: Only National Board Certifications completed prior to September 1, with written verification received by October 1, may be credited for that year’s stipend. Members with a National Board Certification hired after the start of the school year will be paid a pro-rated amount.
Masters Stipend. Any teacher who receives a content area Master’s degree as defined by the Indiana Department of Education or approved by the Superintendent after January 1, 2017, will receive a one-time $2000 stipend. The teacher must submit his/her transcripts to the Superintendent for approval to receive this stipend.
Masters Stipend required minimum days and have a less than 1.0 FTE assignment will receive a pro-rated longevity payment.
Masters Stipend. Teachers with a qualifying master’s degree will receive a one-time stipend in the amount of $875. For teachers whose master’s degree is not on file with the School Corporation, a certified copy of the transcript must be provided to Human Resources by January 17, 2020.

Masters Stipend. 21.5.2.1 Each Member with a master’s degree from an accredited college or university, whose accreditation is acceptable to the District, will receive an annual stipend of one thousand eight hundred dollars ($1,800) if on Salary Schedule 4A or if on Salary Schedule 4C Column C, D and E. Members who attain a master’s degree from such an accredited college or university shall be eligible to receive this stipend as follows: Only master’s degrees completed prior to September 1, with written verification received by October 1, may be credited for that year’s stipend.
21.5.2.2 Each Member with a Doctorate Degree from an accredited college or university, whose accreditation is acceptable to the District, will receive an annual stipend of one thousand eight hundred dollars ($1,800) if on salary schedule 4C Column E.
Masters Stipend. Unit members who have earned a Masters and are below 75 units shall receive, in addition to his/her regular scheduled salary, an annual stipend of $1,500.
Masters Stipend. When a Certificated Employee receives a master’s degree from an accredited institution, he/she will receive a stipend of 5% of Step 1, Class commencing with the next school year after providing verification to the school district of the receipt of the degree. The verification of receiving the degree must be provided to the District Superintendent or designee by the employee by September 1st in order for the master’s stipend and or column movement to apply to the current year. Only one Masters Degree Stipend is available regardless of quantity of Master Degree’s held.
1. After tentative agreement has been reached by the Association and the Board, copies of this Agreement shall be printed and distributed to each person covered by the same. The Board and the Association shall share this expense.
2. All new certificated employees shall receive a copy of the Agreement upon acceptance of employment.
3. The Board and Association representatives shall share the responsibility to insure the accuracy of the proofed copy of the Agreement prior to final printing.
4. A one-hour period during the annual orientation session for a Certificated Employee shall be set aside for a discussion of the ratification vote on the proposed contract.
Masters Stipend. $1501 added per year for a Master’s Degree Up to five years of previous experience in approved schools will be granted for current salary schedule placement.
Masters Stipend. For the 2008-2009 school year, Registered Nurses shall be eligible to receive $1072 annually for a Masters degree. For the 2009-2010 school year, Registered Nurses shall be eligible to receive $1110 annually for a Masters degree. For the 2010-2011 school year, Registered Nurses shall be eligible to receive $1,149 annually for a Masters degree. For the 2011-2012 school year, Registered Nurses shall be eligible to receive $1,189 annually for a Masters degree. The Masters stipend is in addition to the base salary. In order to receive the masters stipend, prior approval of the masters program by the Superintendent or designee must be granted and must relate to the job function. Employees initially receiving the stipend shall complete all course work by September 1 and provide all necessary documentation by November 1 of the initial year of application to receive credit for that school year.
