Milestones and Monitoring. The University will monitor its success in fulfilling the Access Agreement on the basis of the following statistical indicators: - take up of HEMG; - take up of statutory bursary; - take up of Salford bursary - take up Vice-Chancellor’s scholarships; - take up of Global Placement Bursary; - patterns of demand for ALF; - patterns of demand for disability support funds; - patterns of recruitment of students from Access Programmes. The monitoring information will be prepared annually and reviewed by Strategic Leadership Team, Senate and Council. It will build on and be incorporated into existing monitoring measures.

Milestones and Monitoring. The University has to date an established record of meeting and exceeding most HEFCE bench marks in terms of Access and Widening Participation. The University will continue to further develop current arrangements for monitoring progression in improving access and impact measures within this agreement. The following points are significant: Setting annual targets for Widening Participation activities through annual action plans and monitoring reports at Faculty and institutional level. This will include reporting on additional outreach activities identified within this agreement. This will be reported separately for 2009-10 and beyond Established committee and reporting mechanisms will be used internally to monitor progress. They include the University‟s WP Strategic Planning Group, Equal Opportunities Committee, Senior Management Team and Governing Body. Widening Participation is the specific line management responsibility of the designated Deputy Vice Chancellor with line management responsibility for WP. The University will also build on its knowledge of qualitative evaluation data relating to impact of WP interventions, and experiences of WP groups pre, on course and on exit. The new entrant‟s survey and deadlines will be used to monitor access and information issues. The University will continue to monitor its performance relating to WP Performance Indicators In the event of disappointing performance against location adjusted benchmarks, the University has established a Strategic group (the OFFA group) to review and make appropriate adjustments to our bursary and scholarship policies
Milestones and Monitoring. As indicated above, the University is not embarking on a novel widening participation programme in response to the introduction of Access Agreements. It will maintain its historic commitment to widening participation, and, whilst varying from time to time the blend of activities associated with what it regards as part of its core business, it will always seek to maintain its current positive position in terms of meeting and exceeding widening participation performance indicators and benchmarks.
Milestones and Monitoring. The University intends, as a minimum, to meet all its benchmark targets from the annual HEFCE performance indicators in relation to participation from under represented groups. We will monitor our performance against these targets on an annual basis and review and adjust our outreach activities as necessary. The University will produce an annual report on the Access Agreement and performances against milestones for the Academic Board and Board of Governors.

Internal monitoring of achievement against milestones set will be provided through: • regular reports to the Marketing, Recruitment and Communication (MRC) Senior Management Team by our Strategic Planning and Policy Support Service (SPPS) • an annual report to our Academic Board and/or its sub-committees

The monitoring information will be prepared annually and reviewed by the Registrar and Secretary, and on a three-year cycle by Executive Committee, Senate and Council. It will build on and be incorporated into existing monitoring measures.

  • Evaluation, Testing, and Monitoring 1. The System Agency may review, test, evaluate and monitor Grantee’s Products and services, as well as associated documentation and technical support for compliance with the Accessibility Standards. Review, testing, evaluation and monitoring may be conducted before and after the award of a contract. Testing and monitoring may include user acceptance testing. Neither the review, testing (including acceptance testing), evaluation or monitoring of any Product or service, nor the absence of review, testing, evaluation or monitoring, will result in a waiver of the State’s right to contest the Grantee’s assertion of compliance with the Accessibility Standards.

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.

  • EVALUATION AND MONITORING The ORGANIZATION agrees to maintain books, records and other documents and evidence, and to use accounting procedures and practices that sufficiently and properly support the complete performance of and the full compliance with this Agreement. The ORGANIZATION will retain these supporting books, records, documents and other materials for at least three (3) calendar years following the year in which the Agreement expires. The COUNTY and/or the State Auditor and any of their representatives shall have full and complete access to these books, records and other documents and evidence retained by the ORGANIZATION respecting all matters covered in and under this Agreement, and shall have the right to examine such during normal business hours as often as the COUNTY and/or the State Auditor may deem necessary. Such representatives shall be permitted to audit, examine and make excerpts or transcripts from such records, and to make audits of all contracts, invoices, materials, and records of matters covered by this Agreement. These access and examination rights shall last for three calendar years following the year in which the Agreement expires. The COUNTY intends without guarantee for its agents to use reasonable security procedures and protections to assure that related records and documents provided by the ORGANIZATION are not erroneously disclosed to third parties. The COUNTY will, however, disclose or make this material available to those authorized by/in the above paragraph or permitted under the provisions of Chapter 42.56 RCW without notice to the ORGANIZATION. The ORGANIZATION shall cooperate with and freely participate in any other monitoring or evaluation activities pertinent to this Agreement that the COUNTY finds needing to be conducted.

  • Project Monitoring The Developer shall provide regular status reports to the NYISO in accordance with the monitoring requirements set forth in the Development Schedule, the Public Policy Transmission Planning Process Manual and Attachment Y of the OATT.

  • PROJECT MILESTONES, REPORTING AND PAYMENTS 15. The milestones for the projects, their relationship to the outputs, expected completion dates, relevant reporting dates and expected payments to be made are set out in bilateral schedules to this Agreement. The Commonwealth will make payments subject to the performance reports demonstrating the relevant milestone has been met.

  • Reporting and Monitoring Please provide a brief description of the mechanisms proposed for this project for reporting to the UNDP and partners, including a reporting schedule.

  • Service Monitoring Customer gives express consent for Vodafone to monitor Customer’s use of the Service (and disclose and otherwise use the information obtained) only to: (a) the extent allowed by Applicable Law; (b) comply with Applicable Law; (c) protect the Network from misuse; (d) protect the integrity of the public internet and/or Vodafone’s systems and Networks; (e) the extent necessary to determine if Customer has breached any conditions or restrictions on use of the Service; (f) provide the Service; and/or (g) take other actions agreed or requested by Customer.

  • Contract Monitoring The criminal background checks required by this rule shall be national in scope, and must be conducted at least once every three (3) years. Contractor shall make the criminal background checks required by Paragraph IV.G.1 available for inspection and copying by DRS personnel upon request of DRS.
