Monitoring & Reporting. 19.1. Customer shall implement logging and monitoring measures for security-related events. 19.2. Customer shall immediately report to LeaseWeb’s NOC any security-related event that may materially impact LeaseWeb’s Infrastructure, LeaseWeb’s organisation or LeaseWeb’s provision of services to other customers. Customer shall make the log in relation to such event immediately available to LeaseWeb upon LeaseWeb’s request, and shall follow any directions given by LeaseWeb’s as may be required to contain or correct the event.

Monitoring & Reporting. Each local council will provide the DfC with monthly progress reports regarding the number of:  surveys completed;  the number of self referral surveys completed; and  numbers and details of referrals to other schemes or services. Local councils will share any Audit recommendations concerning Affordable Warmth and consider those to improve the management of the scheme. This will be done in consultation with DfC.

Perform 22c-2 Monitoring / Reporting: In order to assist the GE Products with their compliance with their policies and procedures related to market timing activity, USBFS shall, in accordance with the procedures established from time to time by the GE Fund Products and USBFS, provide the following services b. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of 22c-2 compliance rules so that services provided are consistent with Funds market timing policies c. Perform all responsibilities included in the daily monitoring and reporting of 22c-2 for GE Products accounts, both direct and omnibus, as necessary to comply with regulations. d. Based on the criteria provided by the GE Products, report to the GE Products on a daily basis any findings of potential market timing activity appearing on the short term trader report; e. Host the MARS market timing application and ensure GEAM has necessary access and is fully trained on its use so as to complete its requirements f. Make available to GEAM all direct and sub-account level data for market timing purposes g. Provide daily report of potential market timing violations for direct and omnibus accounts by 10:00am h. Provide summarized market timing activity within a monthly dashboard by business day 10 i. Remit warning/restriction/removal letters to identified market timing shareholders within 24 hours of detection as requested by GEAM j. Comment accounts within the MARS system to reflect market timing findings as necessary k. Review all required omnibus sub-accounting data in search of market timing triggers (according to GE Products omnibus rules) and communicate daily by 12:00pm via online report. l. Perform annual audit of all omnibus accounts to ensure adherence to GEAM Market Timing Policies m. Provide ongoing input of industry ‘best practices’ and implement rule changes n. Restrict accounts based on GEAM instruction o. Acquire all necessary data from intermediaries p. Perform all necessary stewardship services for sales reporting. q. Provide GEAM with internal procedures for oversight purposes and provide updated procedures sent within 10 days of being implemented by USBFS.

Monitoring & Reporting. (a) WMECO will provide the Department with periodic annual written reporting as frequently as circumstances merit. (b) No later than November 1st of each year, WMECO shall provide the Department with an Annual Compliance Filing. This filing will provide the Department with updated cost estimates and detailed actual project costs. These estimates will reflect the results of competitive bidding and other pertinent analyses. WMECO will also update calculations prescribed under the SPCA (as approved by the Department in this proceeding) to reflect changes in the data for estimates and/or actual costs. (c) The Parties agree that, no later than June 1st of each year, WMECO shall provide the Department and the Stipulating Parties with an Annual Program Status Filing. This filing will provide the Department with an update on the scope, schedule and cost of the active projects and the Program as a whole. The Company may also provide key findings pertaining to the performance of its PV systems. (d) Upon commissioning each PV facility, WMECO will provide the Department and the other Stipulating Parties with notification of such commissioning.
Monitoring & Reporting. 6.1 The Department is required to perform a review of actual usage data of eligible customers served during the program year. The Department will provide a report to the Supplier at the end of the program year. The Supplier shall submit to the Department actual usage data for each eligible customer in each billing cycle or calendar month of the pertinent period set forth under the program period defined in this agreement. Actual usage data submitted shall include: a. The complete name and address of each eligible customer; b. The customer’s account number; c. The Social Security Number of each customer; d. The amount of any credit balance remaining on the account of an eligible customer at the end of the first billing cycle for an eligible customer after September 30th of each year; e. The amount of an eligible customer’s outstanding account balance at the time the Supplier agreed to accept the LIHWAP payment if the Supplier used the payment in accordance with this agreement;

Monitoring & Reporting. As part of the Services, Provider shall implement measurement and monitoring tools and procedures necessary to measure its performance of the Services against the Service Levels. Subject to the provisions of Section 8.2, Provider shall provide Recipient, or its auditors, with information and documentation regarding the measurement and monitoring tools necessary to verify compliance by Provider with the Service Levels, and shall provide Recipient, or its auditors, with such access to the measurement and monitoring tools as is necessary to conduct such analysis. Provider shall deliver to Recipient, on a Calendar Quarter and annual basis, reports regarding Provider’s ongoing performance under the Service Levels and the Service Credits granted or due to Recipient.
