The Dundee SOA also adopts the following ‘intermediate outcomes’ related to learning and skills:  Increased confidence and skills through community, further and higher education.  Reduced inequalities through learning.  Increased levels of adult literacy and numeracy. National Outcomes. The average population-weighted concentrations in China in 2008 were 95 and 47 μg/m3 per person in January and July, respectively. For O3 were 39 ppb and 59 ppb per person in January and July, respectively. A recent study (Xxxxx & Xxxxxx, 2015) used data from monitoring sites in China and spatial interpolation methods to conclude an annual mean of 52 μg/m3 PM2.5 population-weighted concentrations. However, they did not consider any seasonal difference. Our result in January is 43 μg/m3 higher than the annual average and 5 μg/m3 lower in July compared to the annual mean. Our results demonstrate the need to take inter-annual variability into account. In 2050, the mean national population-weighted PM2.5 concentrations were 49 μg/m3 per person in January and 31 μg/m3 per person in July, and 51 ppb per person in January and 51 ppb per person in July for O3. Figure 6 shows the change in the national population- weighted PM2.5 and O3 concentrations in January and July (future minus base year), with 12 combinations (three exiting emission inventories and four future scenarios). We can see greatly reduced population-weighted PM2.5 concentrations (~80 μg/m3 per person) in January, comparing future to the base year among all 12 combinations, and less than 50% but still decreased PM2.5 concentrations in July compared to January. Air-XXXXX, Climate-XXXXX and SLCP-XXXXX predicted slightly increased (up to 10 μg/m3 per person) population-weighted PM2.5 concentrations in July. The changes in the national population-weighted O3 concentrations had a different pattern compared to PM2.5. Regardless of emissions used in the baseline, WRF-Chem-Air and WRF-Chem-Climate scenarios led to higher population-weighted O3 concentrations (an up to 15 ppb per person increase) in July, 2050, while WRF-Chem-SLCP and WRF- Chem-MTFR all predicted an up to 13 ppb per person decrease. On the other hand, WRF- Chem-MTFR and WRF-Chem-SLCP showed increased (~15 ppb per person) population- weighted O3 concentrations in January (Figure 6). Using different sets of population data did not result in a significant change (mostly less than 0.001 unit per person) in the projected national population-weighted concentrations, both for PM2.5 and O3. The scenario “no change” (constant-fertility and constant- mortality) led to the highest national population-weighted concentrations (see Appendix Table A-3).   • CULTURAL DIVERSITY The Cultural Diversity Requirement generally does not add units to a student's program. Rather, it is intended to be fulfilled by choosing courses from the approved list that also satisfy requirements in other areas of the student’s program; the exception is that Cultural Diversity courses may not satisfy Culture and Language Requirements for B.S. students. For example, COMM 6 – Intercultural Communication, can fulfill (3) units of the Behavioral Science requirement and (3) units of the Cultural Diversity requirement. This double counting of a class may only be done with the Cultural Diversity requirement. Courses in Cultural Diversity may be taken at the lower- division or upper-division level.

  • Medication Assisted Treatment This plan covers medication assisted treatment for substance use disorders, including methadone maintenance treatment. Please see the Summary of Medical Benefits for specific copayments for these services.

  • Public Procurement The Parties shall cooperate to develop conditions for open and competitive award of contracts for goods and services in particular through calls for tenders.

  • Central Committee on Violence in the Workplace The Central parties agree to create a Central Committee to review and develop best practice recommendations related to Violence in the Workplace. The Committee will take into consideration recent provincial reports related to violence in the workplace issues. The best practice recommendations will be distributed to the Joint Health and Safety Committees at each individual Home to be recommended for implementation. The best practice recommendations will include but will not be limited to: Review/modify: the processes, procedures, measures and follow through on:

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • Public Outreach The Sponsor is responsible for development and administration of a public outreach effort to ensure public awareness and involvement in the Project development and delivery process. The Sponsor shall provide a copy of the public outreach plan and all materials documenting the public outreach activities, including public notices, press releases, flyers, etc. to the Authority. The public outreach plan must accompany the first invoice for payment from Sponsor. The materials documenting the public outreach activities must accompany the final invoice for payment from Sponsor.

  • Traffic Control The Surveyor shall control traffic in and near surveying operations adequately to comply with provisions of the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI which can be found on the State’s internet site. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.

  • Small and medium-sized enterprises 1. The Parties will promote a favourable environment for the development of the small and medium enterprises (SME) on the basis of strengthening of the relevant private and governmental bodies, as well as the exchange of experiences and good practices with the SME. 2. Cooperation shall include, among other subjects: (a) the designing and development of mechanisms to encourage partnership and productive chain linkage development; (b) development of human resources and management skills to increase the knowledge of the Chinese and Peruvian markets; (c) defining and developing methods and strategies for clusters development; (d) increasing access to information regarding mandatory procedures and any other relevant information for an SME exporter; (e) defining technological transference: programs oriented to transfer technological innovation to SME and to improve their productivity; (f) increasing access to information on technological promotion programs for SME and financial support and encouragement programs for SME; (g) supporting new exporting SME (sponsorship, credits and guarantees, seed capital); and (h) encouraging partnership and information exchange for SME financing institutions (credits, banks, guarantee organizations, seed capital firms). 3. Cooperation shall be developed, among other activities, through: (a) information exchange; (b) conferences, seminars, experts dialogue and training programs with experts; and (c) promoting contacts between economic operators, encouraging opportunities for industrial and technical prospecting.
