NETWORK RESPONSIBILITY. Network provision, including sufficient Wi-Fi or other wireless network access for Mobile Access System devices, End User devices such as smartphone or other mobile devices, and service tool devices is the responsibility of Customer. Customer is responsible to ensure internet connectivity with consistent throughput and coverage. The network configuration must allow the Mobile Access System devices access to continuous access to internet. Network configuration and white listing of devices must be done prior to or during system installation. ASSA ABLOY makes no undertaking, representation or warranty as to the functionality of the Mobile Access System when network configuration changes without taking into account the system devices and integrations.

NETWORK RESPONSIBILITY. Customers have a responsibility to use the Foxtrot Media, Inc. network responsibly. This includes respecting the other customers of Foxtrot Media, Inc.. Foxtrot Media, Inc. reserves the right to suspend and or cancel service with any Customer who uses the Foxtrot Media, Inc. network in such a way that adversely affects other Foxtrot Media, Inc. customers. This includes but is not limited to: Attacking or attempting to gain unauthorized access to servers and services that belong to Foxtrot Media, Inc. or its customers (i.e. computer hacking), and/or Participating in behavior which result in reprisals that adversely effect the Foxtrot Media, Inc. network or other customers' access to the Foxtrot Media, Inc. network. Foxtrot Media, Inc. will react strongly to any use or attempted use of an Internet account or computer without the owner's authorization. Such attempts include, but are not limited to, "Internet Scanning" (tricking other people into releasing their passwords), password robbery, security hole scanning, port scanning, etc. Any unauthorized use of accounts or computers by a Foxtrot Media, Inc. customer, whether or not the attacked account or computer belongs to Foxtrot Media, Inc., will result in severe action taken against the attacker. Possible actions include warnings, account suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal legal action, depending on the seriousness of the attack. Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer, of Foxtrot Media, Inc. is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy may be reported directly to the FBI's Infrastructure Protection & Computer Intrusion Squad at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/programs/ipcis/ipcis.htm. Foxtrot Media, Inc. will cooperate fully with any civil and/or criminal litigation arising from the violation of this policy. Lawful Purpose All services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or AUP is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material or material protected by trade secret and other statute or dissemination of harmful or fraudulent content. Using any Foxtrot Media, Inc. service or product for the purpose of participating in any activity dealing with subject matters that are prohibited under applicable law is prohibited.   • Customer’s Responsibility The policies in this document apply to the use of Data by Customers, Redistributors and their End Customers. Customers are responsible for compliance with this policy by all members of the Customer’s Group and by all persons to whom they distribute Data where authorised to do so. Turquoise recommends that Customers make this Schedule available to all Subscribers to their services having access to Data which is subject to Charges, reporting requirements or usage restrictions.

The Bank and its technology partners, inclusive of, but not limited to, Q2 and ProfitStars, retain all rights, title and interests in and to the Services, Software and Development made available to you.

  • Client Responsibility For clarity, the parties agree that in reviewing the documents referred to in clause (b) above, Patheon’s role will be limited to verifying the accuracy of the description of the work undertaken or to be undertaken by Patheon. Subject to the foregoing, Patheon will not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of any application for receipt of an approval by a Regulatory Authority. The Client is solely responsible for the preparation and filing of the application for approval by the Regulatory Authority and any relevant costs will be borne by the Client.

  • CITY’S RESPONSIBILITY 7.1 The City shall provide information regarding its requirements for the Project, with reasonable promptness to avoid delay in the orderly progress of the Work.

  • Contractor Responsibility (a) The Contractor shall be responsible for the entire Performance under the Contract regardless of whether the Contractor itself performs.   • Cost Responsibility Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for and shall pay upon demand all Costs associated with the interconnection of the Customer Facility as specified in the Tariff. These Costs may include, but are not limited to, an Attachment Facilities charge, a Local Upgrades charge, a Network Upgrades charge and other charges. A description of the facilities required and an estimate of the Costs of these facilities are included in Sections 3.0 and 4.0 of the Specifications to this ISA.
