Night Shopping. In scheduling employees, the Company shall implement a fair rotation of employees (including Department Managers) when stores are open for night shopping. The intent of this language is to ensure employees are scheduled closing shifts on a fair rotation basis provided it is practical for store operation. Where there are issues regarding fair rotation, the Company and Union agree to meet to discuss a solution.

Interval Between Shifts There shall be an interval of not less than ten(10) hours between shifts for all employees. An employee who is not allowed ten( 10) hours intervals between shifts shall be paid the rate of time and one half for time worked prior to the expiry of the ten (10) hours interval. The hours which an works prior to the expiry of the ten 0) hours interval will be included in determining the basic workday for the purpose of calculating overtime. (Example: An employee’s shift ends at and they start the next day at AM working through to with an hour for lunch (10 hours worked). That employee is entitled to pay as follows: the first two hours at time and one half, the next six hours at regular time and the last two hours at time and one half because these hours exceed eight in one day). Transfer Between Scheduling Groups The Employer may transfer an employee between scheduling groups to provide relief and additional help after all part-time employees within that scheduling group have been given the opportunity to work the available shifts up to the point of being scheduled overtime. Consecutive Days Off The Union and the Employer recognize that the scheduling of consecutive days off combinations varies from store to store in accordance with the operational requirements of the department and the preferences of the Employees. Effective Sunday after ratification and contingent on the continuing operational and staffing requirements of the department, the weekly work schedule will provide full-time employees with their current pattern of days off. Further, in those Meat Departments employing five or more full-time employees, each full-time employee will be entitled to be scheduled consecutive days off once every four weeks. In Deli Departments, a full-time employee will be entitled to be scheduled consecutive days off once every four weeks.

  • Catering The IU Auditorium staff may suggest caterers for your event; however, the Licensee will be responsible for paying all catering costs in a timely manner. All caterers in the IU Auditorium must be pre-approved by IU Auditorium Management and possess all valid Indiana licenses for food service and the service of alcoholic beverages (if applicable). The caterer must carry commercial general and auto liability insurance, including a products-completed operations endorsement, with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 Aggregate. If alcohol is being served the caterer must also carry dram shop liability with minimum limits of $3,000,000. Licensee must be in compliance with all other university regulations regarding food service including, but not limited to, completing the University Office of Environmental Health & Safety’s Temporary Food Service application, if necessary. Also, “The Trustees of Indiana University, its officers, agents and employees” must be named as an additional insured on the Certificate of Insurance for both Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability coverage. The Certificate of Insurance must be submitted to Indiana University for review and approval at least fourteen (14) working days prior to the scheduled date of the event. If Licensee’s vendor/caterer fails to comply with any of the requirements described in this section, the vendor/caterer will not be permitted to serve food or alcohol at the Event and Licensor shall not be responsible for any losses incurred by Licensee or Licensee’s subcontractors as a result of such cancellation. IU Auditorium has an agreement with IATSE Local 618 to provide audio services for all functions in IU Auditorium facilities. Sound and/or lighting requirements must be communicated in writing to the Auditorium Management a minimum of one week before the scheduled event. If the Licensee has contracted for audio services through another agent (band, outside company, etc.), IU Auditorium reserves the right to assign a member of IATSE Local 618 to be present for the event, in accordance with the governing labor agreement. IU Auditorium reserves the right to provide ticketing services for all public and private events held at IU Auditorium. All customary charges, including credit card commissions, ticket printing, outlet, and phone commissions are included in the daily facility fee. The final decision as to when tickets will go on sale will be made by the Auditorium Director of Ticketing and Sales in cooperation with Ticketmaster and the Licensee. IU Auditorium collects a facility fee from each ticket sale for any event held at IU Auditorium and places it into a special reserve account. Funds in this account are used for facility capital purchases and improvements. The funds are also used to cover the costs of extraordinary repairs and maintenance. This fee is $3.50 for events where the top ticket price is $15.01 or higher. The fee is $2.50 for events where the top ticket price is $15.00 or lower. IU departments or organizations must first complete a Revenue Producing Activity training before pre-box tickets may be sold by any members of the organization. Non-IU departments or organizations may only sell pre-box tickets using cash or check.

  • Time Off in Lieu of Overtime Employees who work overtime will not be required to take time off in regular hours to make up for overtime worked. Time off in lieu may be taken on a mutually agreed upon basis between the employee and the Hospital, such time off will be the equivalent of the premium rate the employee has earned for working overtime. The Hospital shall revert to payment of premium rate if time off is not taken within sixty (60) calendar days."

  • Cemetery The Local Church agrees and insures that, after the Disaffiliation Date, its cemetery and/or columbarium, will continue to be maintained in substantially the same manner as presently maintained. In addition, Local Church will honor any and all contracts, deeds, and agreements for burial and/or internment in its cemetery or columbarium, as well as insuring and continued access for families and loved ones of United Methodists buried there and for burials in unfilled xxxxxx and columbarium slots (including granting an access easement to the Conference and members of the United Methodist Church for visitations, historical research, and related purposes).

  • Lottery Unless otherwise exempted in the Public School Code, if more students apply than can be admitted based on the School’s enrollment cap, admission decisions will be made by a lottery processxlii. The School shall adopt in advance the enrollment procedure for vacancies that occur during the school year that complies with applicable law.

  • Tickets Each Ticket represents a limited, revocable license to enter the Venue to attend the specific Event listed on the applicable Ticket. No person, except for attendees under the age of three, may enter the Venue without a Ticket, and re-entry is prohibited. Failure to comply with this Agreement shall result in forfeiture of this license and all rights arising hereunder without refund or credit and shall entitle KSE to pursue all legal remedies available.
