For each station, determine where any additional roadway crossings, additional irrigation points of connection and electrical power will be needed for the irrigation system. Assess adequacy of available water pressure. Layout the irrigation backbone design to include main line location and size, location of irrigation backflow devises and isolation valves, electrical connection to controllers, sleeving under plaza pavement areas and controller locations. The irrigation Plans shall include a connection to a water source, and a narrative describing the method of irrigation for each planting area. A proposed legend of the equipment to be incorporated into the PROJECT shall be provided for discussion or approval.

NTP. 1 Payment Cap‌ The amount of funds available to pay the DB Contractor for Work performed prior to issuance of NTP-2 is limited to the amount of the NTP-1 Payment Cap. The NTP-1 Payment Cap is $980,000. The District has no obligation to make any payment to the DB Contractor in excess of this amount until such time (if any) as NTP-2 is issued. If the DB Contractor performs any Work in excess of the NTP-1 Payment Cap, it does so at its own risk.
