This section should also state the size or frequency of the roster e.g. 1:4 or 1:8 and the usual level of resident medical officer support that clearly indicates whether the call is 1st or 2nd call.

On-Call Duties. Service Center 10.8.1 The On-Call rotation period is a week at a time beginning on Friday afternoon at 2:30 p.m., five (5) days a week and all day on weekends ending the following Friday at 6:00 a.m. 10.8.2 Employees will be allowed to take their service vehicle home during the week that they are on call. Service vehicles shall not be used for any reasons (after hours) other than for on-call duties. 10.8.3 On-Call rotation employees shall receive four (4) hours compensatory time for every rotation period.
On-Call Duties. 15.01 When an employee is providing on-call coverage, they shall be responsible to carry the cellular phone to respond to after-hours/emergency situations on behalf of the Corporation as per established policies and procedures. This will include calling out staff per established policies and procedures. 15.02 The employee will receive three hundred dollars ($300) per calendar week of on-call coverage provided. The employee will still be eligible to respond to and be compensated for call-outs as per the collective agreement. 15.03 A Corporation-owned vehicle will be available to the employee on-call for the purpose of responding to calls and conducting necessary patrols. 15.04 For the period of approximately December 1 to March 31, annually, only Public Works employees, including the Public Works Xxxxxxx, shall carry the on-call phone. A schedule shall be developed giving the employees an approximate equal number of weeks. 15.05 From the period of approximately April 1 to November 30, annually, other members of the Corporation, including management, may participate with Public Works employees in on-call duties. The schedule shall be developed giving all on-call personnel an approximate equal number of weeks during this period. 15.06 Weekly shifts may be exchanged between employees provided the Corporation receives written notice prior to the earliest affected shift.

On-Call Duties. A Service and Support Administrator who is required to be on call on one of the holidays as set forth in Section 23.1 above, shall receive a payment of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each holiday assigned. SSAs must submit a request for payment within five (5) days of the holiday in order to receive payment. Payments under this section that are not requested within five (5) days of the holiday in which the SSA was on call are forfeited.

  • On-Call Duty (a) Employees shall be paid one (1) hour of pay at the regular straight time rate for each six (6) hours of assigned on-call duty. Employees who are assigned on-call duty for less than six (6) hours shall be paid on a prorated basis. (b) An employee shall be assigned on-call duty when specifically required to be available for work outside his/her working hours and not subject to restrictions which would prevent the employee from using the time while on-call effectively for the employee’s own purposes. (c) No employee is eligible for any premium pay compensation while on on-call duty except as expressly stated in this Article. (d) On-call duty time shall not be counted as time worked in the computation of overtime hours worked but on-call pay shall be included in the calculation of the overtime rate of pay.

  • Personal Duties The Employer and the Union agree that an employee will not be required to perform work not related to the business of the Employer. To this end, it is agreed that an employee will not be required to perform duties of a personal nature for supervisory personnel.

  • Normal Duties (a) Faculty members are accountable for 10 months of the year. The 10 months accountable time includes such activities as teaching, the counselling of students, curriculum/program development, professional development and participation on a variety of educational committees. (b) At least one month before the commencement of any accountable time longer than four consecutive days, and covering activities other than teaching or professional development the faculty member will submit for approval to the appropriate administrator an activity plan for this period. Approval will not be unreasonably withheld. On an annual basis, the faculty member will submit to the appropriate administrator a written report of their accountable time activities.

  • Additional Duties (i) In addition to the duties of the Administrator set forth in Section 1(a), the Administrator shall perform such calculations, and shall prepare, execute and file or deliver on behalf of the Issuer or the Owner Trustee or shall cause the preparation by other appropriate persons of all such documents, reports, notices, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions as it shall be the duty of the Issuer or the Owner Trustee to prepare, file or deliver pursuant to the Basic Documents, and at the request of the Owner Trustee shall take all appropriate action with respect thereto, that is the duty of the Issuer or the Owner Trustee to take pursuant to the Basic Documents. Subject to Section 5 of this Agreement, and in accordance with the reasonable written directions of the Owner Trustee, the Administrator shall administer, perform or supervise the performance of such other activities in connection with the Basic Documents as are not covered by any of the foregoing provisions and as are expressly requested by the Owner Trustee and are reasonably within the capability of the Administrator. The responsibilities of the Administrator shall include the execution and delivery of any filings, certificates, affidavits or other instruments required under the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, to the extent permitted by applicable law, and the Owner Trustee hereby requests that the Administrator perform such obligations. (ii) Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or the Basic Documents to the contrary, the Administrator shall be responsible for promptly notifying the Owner Trustee in the event that any withholding tax is imposed on the Issuer’s payments (or allocations of income) to the Certificateholder as contemplated in Section 5.02(c) of the Trust Agreement. Any such notice shall specify the amount of any withholding tax required to be withheld by the Owner Trustee pursuant to such provision. (iii) Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or the Basic Documents to the contrary, the Administrator shall be responsible for performance of the duties set forth in Sections 5.04(a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the Trust Agreement with respect to, among other things, accounting and reports to the Certificateholder. (iv) The Administrator shall perform the duties of the Administrator specified in Section 10.02 of the Trust Agreement required to be performed in connection with the resignation or removal of the Owner Trustee and any other duties expressly required to be performed by the Administrator under the Trust Agreement. (v) In carrying out the foregoing duties or any of its other obligations under this Agreement, the Administrator may enter into transactions with or otherwise deal with any of its Affiliates; provided, however, that the terms of any such transactions or dealings shall be in accordance with any directions received from the Issuer and shall be, in the Administrator’s opinion, no less favorable to the Issuer than would be available from unaffiliated parties. (vi) The Administrator shall provide notices to the Rating Agencies as required under the Basic Documents. (vii) It shall be the Administrator’s duty and responsibility, and not the Owner Trustee’s duty or responsibility, to cause the Issuer to respond to, defend, participate in or otherwise act in connection with any regulatory, administrative, governmental, investigative or other proceeding or inquiry relating in any way to the Issuer, its assets or the conduct of its business.

  • On Call (a) Employees required to be on-call shall be paid one dollar ($1.00) per hour, or portion thereof. (b) The minimum on-call requirement shall be four (4) consecutive hours.   • Basic Duties 1. For each product the basic duty, to which the successive reductions set out in this Agreement are to be applied, shall be the most-favoured-nation rate of duty (MFN rate) applied on 1 January 2000. 2. If, before, by or after entry into force of this Agreement, any tariff reduction is applied on an erga omnes basis, in particular reductions in accordance with commitments resulting from multilateral negotiations under the WTO, such reduced duties shall replace the basic duties referred to in paragraph 1 as from the date when such reductions are applied, or from the entry into force of this Agreement if this is later. 3.   • Termination of Serviced Duties At the time all of the applicable Seller’s obligations under any Serviced Appointment are terminated and/or of no further force and effect (the “Appointment Expiration Time”), including upon or following any (a) valid termination or removal of the applicable Seller from all Corporate Trust Capacities with respect to a Serviced Appointment, whether as a Succeeded Appointment or otherwise, or (b) with the prior consent of the applicable Purchaser, resignation by, assignment by or succession of the applicable Seller from all Corporate Trust Capacities with respect to a Serviced Appointment, whether as a Succeeded Appointment or otherwise, the Purchasers (i) shall have no further Serviced Duties under this Agreement in connection with such Appointments and (ii) shall not be responsible hereunder for any of the duties, obligations or liabilities related to such Appointments accruing or arising on or after the Appointment Expiration Time, or for any performance, duties or obligations related thereto arising prior to, but requiring performance after, the Appointment Expiration Time, in each case, without limiting the Purchasers’ obligations under the Purchase Agreement. The parties shall execute, or procure the execution of, such documents and instruments as may be reasonably necessary to give effect to this Section 3.7.

  • General Duties It shall be the duty of the Owner Trustee to discharge (or cause to be discharged) all of its responsibilities pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the Sale and Servicing Agreement and to administer the Trust in the interest of the Holder, subject to the Basic Documents and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Owner Trustee shall be deemed to have discharged its duties and responsibilities hereunder and under the Basic Documents to the extent the Servicer has agreed in the Sale and Servicing Agreement to perform any act or to discharge any duty of the Trust or the Owner Trustee hereunder or under any Basic Document, and the Owner Trustee shall not be liable for the default or failure of the Servicer to carry out its obligations under the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
